Came here for a brow shaping and a side wax. The ambiance was beautiful, the staff friendly, and the overall feel was very professional. My appointment started a couple minutes late, no big deal. Sophia helped me, and did a beautiful job shaping my brows. She was clearly skilled, very fast and made it minimally painful. My reason for removing a star is that she began to wax my entire forehead without asking me first, which was not something that I wanted, but by the time I could speak to stop her the wax was already applied. I'm not super well versed in eyebrow grooming etiquette, but I think a general rule of thumb is, if the area you are waxing is not described in the package the customer bought, ask first. Or perhaps, as a suggestion to the salon owner, if waxing the forehead is automatic with every brow wax, that ought to be described on the website when I make a selection, such as, "brow and forehead wax." Sophia explained to me that it was for those who wear foundation, so that it might not look uneven at the brow. While this makes sense, I do not wear make up and I like my peach fuzz. Unfortunately not a good experience , the place is clean and nice the staff is very courteous .I had a very bad experience with Lisa , she tinted my eyebrow very very dark , like black /black ,my hair is blond with golden high lights , as a professional she should have known that tinting my eyebrow black will not match my hair and my face , when I told her it is very dark ,her answer was that my eyebrows had too many whites in it !!!! and the only way to correct the white is to darken it , for years I tinted my eyebrow hair light brown . As a professional and expert in her field ,she should have told me prior to tinting that the only color she has is black , then it was my choice to accept the color , she just did it , she did not even offer to correct it. She suggested to go and buy a Mocca color eyebrow color from Anastasia B.H. She did not even trim it nicely . I had Lamination , it was not worth doing it . I will not recommend her . As a business owner she should have offer a solution by her and correct the mistake . Sometimes things can go wrong and there is nothing wrong with it but you come up with a solution to make the customer happy . She failed . I tole her that I am not happy , she did not offer to do anything . I had to cancel a Christmas Party because my eyebrow was too dark on my face I felt I was Eugene Levy( the actor ) a female version . read more

I found this place through Instagram and I had been wanting to try it. Prior to getting my eyebrows done here, I was threading, and then switched to waxing. Since going here for a few months now, I really live the look they give my brows. I usually get them done by Lisa, however the other 2 girls in there are amazing as well. I've had my brows done by the other girls at least once as well. During my visit today, I got my lip, and nosed waxed as well. Lisa was so gentle throughout the process (she knew I was nervous about the nose wax) . During my nExt visit I'm going to give the lash lamination service a try. Lisa is absolutely amazing and an angel sent from heaven when it comes to brows! She is my go to and I literally wouldn't trade her for the world. Don't come here unless you want to be bullied by the older lady that works there, Lisa, into a service you don't originally walk into the salon for. She does not care about her clients, as all she cares about is booking up appointments to gain more money for her wallet. She is condescending and will make you feel horrible/guilty for not being able to continue with your original appointment plan due to a sudden legitimate reason that is out of your control and instead of trying to make you feel understood, responds with "next time this happens it will cost 100% because we could've had someone else come in instead," when I still arrived to my appointment on time and was willing to continue with the original plan despite the obstacle presented that same day. Not to mention, their rules online only threaten being charged for no-shows/sudden cancellations but does not indicate that there are exceptions to the rule so we feel obligated as customers to still come in even if it's not the best idea to/or we physically shouldn't for medical reasons, emergencies, etc. And on top of that I decided to do another service instead because of her scolding and they were STILL able to book someone last minute for the extra time remaining, but instead chose to be rude to a previous loyal customer when everything worked out in the end for their business. I had heard horror stories about her from others who had previously gone there especially with certain "kinds" of people, but had avoided her wrath until now and now I understand what those previous customers meant. She just lost a couple of customers because of her horrible, bitter vibe. As a very seasoned-looking business owner you would think she'd have a pleasant attitude and make an effort to understand her patrons, especially ones that have standing appointments they always come to but unfortunately that is not the case. She just chooses to engage with the ones she prefers and thinks she's professional but then proceeds to talk about how much she parties for everyone in the salon to hear. Just left BROWZING and I can't explain my disappointment for should high hopes of the service and establishment!!! 2 years ago I had micro blading done, which has now faded and I needed a retouch. I sent pictures prior to my appointment day over to Lisa's phone. She accessed my brows and said I was ok and an ideal customer to get the ombre brow service done. I had let my eyebrows growth out and wanted a fresh wax or shape prior appointment day, upon arrival to have them ready for my ombre treatment. She said NO don't do anything to them leave them to grow out and we'll do the shaping along with the treatment on the day of appointment. So I purchased: (My deposit at $250) All ready & excited for my appointment! Forward to today... Lisa's (ombre tech lady) attitude was rude & unwelcoming as soon as I arrived. She was like bushy eyebrows I don't know if I can wax them, oo they still have a bit of tattoo on them since the last touch up... Me: You knew all this prior to me booking!!! That 1) I had them micro blading before and 2) That the tattoo was faded. At point I am feeling slightly uncomfortable . As I have a wonderful treading lady who treads brilliantly, whom I could of seen me before attending today's appointment with Lisa. She the gives me more and uncertainty like erm I don't how they are going to look, I will do my best, just throwing words of negative around before I am trust her to do work on my eyebrows (I mean, come on... (MAKE ME FEEL LIKE I AM IN CONFIDENT & COMFORTABLE IN UR HANDS). If she didn't think once I arrived, I was NO longer a good customer for my brow treatment, after know seeing them in person she should of make a decide from then on to GO AHEAD or NOT!!! She continued with the treatment. I said to myself, "she hasn't got the best attitude but I will just allow her to continue because I really wanted them done". Fast forward I told her what I wanted. So she started shaping and she done them super duper thick & that's not my jam at ALL... I DON'T like that look on myself, as it doesn't suit my face shape. I lookEd in the mirror and asked for adjustments as that's not what I asked for, she continued penciling in STILL another shape I wasn't HAPPY with. She then after 3hrs of filing out paperwork, numbing, taking useless pictures and outlining said she didn't feel comfortable, if I wanted my eyebrows how I wanted them. She then had the audacity to say "WE CAN CANCEL" but obviously I didn't want to because had just paid $250 deposit (which is a lot for me for brows... DURING this time). FINALLY... I just had to swallow my tongue and come to the conclusion that maybe she couldn't do the work that I wanted done... HOWEVER I WISH SHE WOULD OF SAID FROM THE BEGINNING. We wouldn't of WASTED each other time! I LEFT with $250 less in my pocket & dreadful uneven tweezing & NOT EVEN I'M SORRY... I cant complete your treatment. VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE DURING MY TIME AT BROWZING. I hope LISA learns how to communicate with her clients effectively. I NEVER EVER WROTE A YELP REVIEW BUT THIS ONE WAS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY! SERIOUSLY the best experience I have ever had getting my eyebrows done. Lisa does the most amazing job! I used to only go to threading studios, and every time they mess up my brows. I came in yesterday for a Brow Tweeze and Wax. Luckily, there was a cancellation that morning and I was able to see Sophia. The place itself is super cute and cleanly. Sophia really took her time and talked through my eyebrow shapes and things I can do for the desired shape. She then filled in my eyebrows and they were so nice!! Not too dark or too much, very natural. -The only downside to the place itself is that there isn't much parking. There's only 2 parking places behind the business. I'd suggest getting appointments in the morning, maybe they have more parking then. My appt was at 1:30. read more

This is the only place I will trust to beautify my eyebrows! From the cleanliness of the spot to the friendliness of the staff I would give them a 10 star if I could. One of the things that makes me keeps coming to this spot is their consistency every time I go. Customer service is a 101% at this place. They always offer you coffee/water and they sometimes even have pastries for their customers. Another reason why I will keep going here is because if your appointment time is at 5 pm then you know you are sitting on that chair at 5 pm or fine maybe at 5:01 but they are always prompt! Lisa and Shannon are awesome! I've been going here to get my brows tinted for the past four months and have left happy each time. This is the first time I've done temporary work on my brows. I was hesitant at first and worried since I have really thin brows that are sparse in some areas and didn't have the best natural arch. However, I felt confident knowing Lisa had my best interest in mind after my first visit to see her. When I first showed up I wanted to get ombré brows/ or even microblading done (a more permanent option), but after my in-person visit she suggested I wait on it and try tinting first (a less permanent option) so that I can let my brow hair grow out more and see if I like that first. She also did a thorough evaluation to find out my skin type to see what option could work best for me. Knowing she gave me her honest opinion and was not just thinking about making a profit off of a higher end cosmetic procedure made me feel more comfortable returning here. I never come in feeling like she is trying to sell me on a product and that is a major reason (aside from my fuller looking brows of course) why I continue to go back. The service is also reasonably priced at $70 a visit (I go often since I have oily skin and the tint can fade quicker due to this) but most people can go every 4-6 weeks so it's not too bad at all. Nope Lisa. You were given the wrong information. I immediately told her I was feeling nervous about the lamination and she immediately was annoyed that I was questioning it for myself. I understand showing up for an appointment and also time for artists. I did not just do a brow shaping-I also colored my brows. I do not need to explain myself here at all. I paid the $150. As a business owner, I always tried to work with my clients - people change their minds. There could have been a solution but she was annoyed the minute I started asking about the actual lamination procedure. I could have put her name in my review, I didn't. I could have expressed word for word the things she said, I didn't. Sometimes Lisa, your employee will not give you the truth. The fact that you as a business owner come on here and fault the customer says a lot. Maybe you should look at customer service and your technician rather than coming at a client! And if you are suggesting that I should have remembered all the details of the lamination procedure so I wouldn't have to ask questions again, then I guess your tech should also have remembered that I specifically told her in that first appt that I never wax!!! She forgot that piece of information and started waxing my brows! Your tech clearly didn't write anything down about me after my first appt (even tho she sold me hard on a treatment I didn't really want and she knew I was coming back)...had she written anything down, she would not have asked me to fill out the 3 page new client paperwork again (I reminded her I had already filled it out once) AND she waxed my brows without remembering I don't wax!!!! I was too distraught by her awful attitude to say anything so I just let her wax them wishing I had just walked out before anything had started. Her attitude was awful. Period.
