Just walked in on a Friday at 6:45 & the place was totally empty except for one client being worked on & the two employees on staff (one was working & the other sitting on the couch on her phone). All I needed was a quick eyebrow thread & the unoccupied woman told me that they were closed & didn't have time for that. Why set your hours for a specific close time if you won't honor that? I understand that it's Friday but if you're on the clock, it isn't right to straight up lie about being busy or not having time when it's evident that isn't true. Maybe set your hours to an earlier closing time so people don't waste their time or in my case, their lunch break, in hopes of giving you their business. read more

My experience at BrowZing mirrors all other 5 star reviews. I am so grateful to Lisa and her shop. It took 3 years for me to muster the courage to commit to having my eyebrows microbladed and I do not have one regret. My story - I am a 41 year old single mom who is finally done raising her daughters (21,20). I didn't grow up with sisters and have always been tomboy and daddy's girl. I didn't have girl friends to teach me how to do make up or pluck my eyebrows etc. And my eyebrows were very thin and sparse. To add to it, my eyes and eyebrows are uneven making trying to pencil in my eyebrows every day every frustrating. I would get one right and one all wrong. I had been lurking in the review section of BrowZing's yelp account for a long time and after consulting with my daughters and my new husband, everyone was cheering me on and encouraging me to do it. Thank all of them! So I took the plunge and met with Lisa and let her work her magic. I waited a month for my eyebrows to completely heal before leaving this review. And you know what part is priceless? I no longer wake up in the morning, turn to face my closeted mirror doors and think to myself, you are ugly. I truly used to feel that way and now when I wake up and first see myself, I'm like wow! You aren't ugly at all, you just needed a little help! And Lisa provided that help. I absolutely love BrowZing LA. I've been coming here to get my brows microbladed for about two years now. Lisa and the staff are amazing each and every time, taking the time to ensure clients are happy with the results. Lisa carefully measures and maps out your brows before mocroblading, and checks with you every step of the way to ensure you're happy with the color she's choosing, the shape, the size, and more. The staff will let you know what they honestly think looks best for your brows, and they'll let you decide what you want to do. They do such a great job that I find my brows still look day 1 fresh 6 months later! The company is taking several measures to ensure that customers are safe during COVID (sanitizing stations, limited capacity, hand sanitizer, masks, temperature checks etc.), and I felt super safe coming in. As a first time costumer I was really eager for my appointment. Unfortunately, I did not receive services. My appointment was scheduled for 12:30. I showed up a couple minutes early and was asked to wait for the technician. As I waited I revived a message from Lisa the technician that she was running late and would not arrive until 12:55. I had other appointments to get to and could not wait for the technician. The other technician who greeted me was not interested in helping me at all. Especially when her client walked in she was only interested in taking care of the person who was going to pay her. She only told me that the technician was running late and that I could stay or book another appointment at a different time. She then turned around and walked away, did not even wait for my response. This establishment charges upscale prices, I would expect quality customer service and technicians that are on time. I was a first time costumer with high hopes. Ok first of all, nobody else is ever allowed to touch my brows again. Lol. They are amazing at what they do, I've never loved my brows so much. I used to get them threaded because I was fearful that waxing would take off too much but nope! They are actually fuller and shaped so perfectly natural. I also had my very first lash lift here. LOVE. Lastly, I've been getting my lip waxed for yeeeaars and I've always had little breakouts after, but not here, nope. Got my lip waxed here for the first time a couple weeks ago and it was perfect.
