I reached out to them and they got back to me in a timely manner. Her name was Karisa and she was super kind and worked around my busy schedule with 3 kiddos and took me in at 7am on a Saturday. The energy and vibe was so welcoming and i felt so relaxed as she applied my eyelash extensions. We chit chatted while she applied them and didn't feel nervous at all. 10/10 experience here I've been getting my lashes done for about 6 years now, have gone to SOOO many different lash artists, and I can tell you from just one appointment that Shar is on another level! She was so accommodating in helping me find a time/date that worked with my schedule. The studio is relaxing, clean, beautifully decorated and smells amazing! She was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed during my appointment, and went over a lot of details to make sure we were getting the exact look I wanted (wispy, rounded shape). I was blown away when I opened my eyes to see my new extensions, and I don't even know how I got home because I wanted to keep looking at my lashes while driving. Not one of my lashes are stuck together or feel painful (which happened with a lot of the estheticians I've gone to in the past). Every lash fan is so light, fluffy, silky, and handmade by her, no pre-made low quality clusters. I also have naturally thin lashes and because Shar handmakes the lash fans she applies, they were perfectly light and not heavy on my natural lashes so they can grow healthily. I came and got my lashes done but also needed a touch up on my brows because I had microblading done in the past. Shar recommend the ombré brows and I'm so glad I went with her recommendation. Her PowerPoint is comprehensive with all of the information you could possibly need and she was able to answer any of my other questions from her own personal experience.
