We were recommended to Freddie's by over a dozen people in our neighborhood and we're so glad we used his service! One of our neighbors actually came over and talked to him as the car was getting put on the flatbed. We called before noon on a Monday and he said he would be here later in the afternoon. The car was gone before 1pm, way sooner then we expected. I've only used a tow once before so I was worried about the cost. Luckily he charges very reasonable prices and it only cost us $50 for a 6.6 mile tow (15 minute drive).

We went to pick up my son's locked vehicle and found items missing and the inside of the car completely gone through and trashed. When I confronted him about it, he just squared up at me and said, "prove it," then refused to show any security footage from his property. Things got even more unsettling when he stepped toward me in a threatening way and told me to "take your car and get off my lot." Later on, I learned this is the same man who shot and killed a 36 year old man on his property during another vehicle dispute and somehow walked away free. That alone tells me everything I need to know about the kind of person running this business. I'd strongly advise people to stay far away from this place.
