Dr. Hanh Le is incredibly professional and treats his patients with kindness, ensuring their comfort every step of the way. I've gone to three prior dentists and my biggest disappointment with PAST DENTISTS was their rough bedside manner and disregard for my comfort as they tugged hard, whipped my head around, and the numbing injections were awful. I'm so grateful to have found Dr. Hanh Le- he's done two invasive procedures for me and his skills and approach are fantastic. I can't rave enough. I don't know anyone that enjoys going to the dentist but I enjoy him and his staff, with their cheerful and sweet attitudes. All of the staff at Monroe Dental are wonderful. I was anxious for my first visit to the point of tears and they were professional and sympathetic and did their best to put me at ease. I was in a lot of pain leading up to my second procedure and called Teresa at Monroe Dentistry. She not only moved my appt up and fit me into their very busy schedule, but she helped me get prescriptions for pain management as soon as possible. They genuinely care about their patients and for that they gets a 10/10 in my book. A couple of Veneers needed rebonding (again) in which case I had no choice but to seek assistance with a new dentist. During these COVID times I was really reluctant on a visit to say the least. My initial call to the office set me at ease. The staff there are friendly and professional. Dr. Hoang was able to see me the next day and the pre-visit protocols they have in place made me feel less anxious about my appointment. Dr. Hoang is an extremely competent dentist who knows his business! During the rebonding process he explained to me everything he was preforming. He also explained what was the cause and potential alternative solutions. I thought my previous long time dentist was good, Dr. Hoang made me realize how not so good my previous dentist was.
