BEFORE YOU READ - The punch line is that you should not use this company. I held back on the…read moreexpletives, but they are well earned. Good luck with your repair, just don't use Precision Body and Paint in Oregon. I am over 4 months waiting for my truck to be repaired. some dents on the Drivers side Front and passenger doors of the truck. Everything still worked - doors opened and closed, window, etc. It was just cosmetic damage. December 5 2025 was the dropoff, now it is April 17, 2026. You name an excuse they have it: Parts showed up damaged, need to get new parts, Can't find the right parts, Ford service manual doesn't show how to repair that part, we might have to total the car if we damage this part during repair, etc... NOT GOOD AT ESTIMATING: All of this AND original estimate $8K, Revised estimate after they had the truck for 2 months $21K. THEY DON'T ACTUALLY WORK ON THE VEHICLE: At this point ZERO work has been completed except disassembly. Congratulations Precision, you know how to take stuff apart, now lets see if you can put it back together? PHONE CALLS: As a bonus, when you call - AI answers and makes you answer a bunch of stupid questions only to promise someone will call you back. If they do forward you to a person, it goes to voicemail, but the voicemail is full and you can't leave a message. EMAILS: Emails go without ANY reply. VISITING MY TRUCK IN PRECISION JAIL: I finally had to drive over and walk into the shop. The excuse (at 3.5 months of waiting) was that they were waiting for a couple more things to figure out before they order the parts for the repair. Extra bonus, they charge a HIGHER Rate than insurance will reimburse, because they are so awesome. That means you pay extra out of pocket ABOVE your deductible. Double Extra Bonus: They keep changing the bid amount, even though they got paid by the insurance company in January! - 3 MONTHS AGO! Triple Extra Bonus: When you drop off you get a free 19 page list of excuses and reasons why shit may go wrong, but no matter what it won't be their fault. They make you sign every page Quadruple Extra Bonus: That document was written by a monkey. And I fricking hate monkeys. The number of errors and outdated information in their contract is ridiculous. Who cares if they do a good job on repairs if they never actually do the repairs. At this point I am stuck because their crack crew of truck wreckers has disassembled my truck and they want to charge me $8K just to put it back together so I can get it the *Expletive* out of their shop. Please don't use them. Tell others not to use them. If you make the decision to go ahead and use them, please contact me, so that we can get together and commiserate when you realize you screwed up and that your vehicle is stuck in Precision Hell for months without any hope of getting it back in time. Good news - The AI phone agent told me that after waiting over 4 months that she can understand why I am frustrated, but that the truck is scheduled for completion on June 5. Unfortunately, I don't know if that is June 5, 2026 or 2027??? By the way, I've got just over $100K into the truck and it has been out of commission for 4 months- what is that worth??? Precision you are jokers. I don't trust you. You have been dishonest in your dealings with me. I will make it known to Everyone that you suck. Give me my F*ing truck back!

This body shop is not good, in summary…read more The car damage was light and it was an insurance claim against the person who hit my car. Small bumper damage and small door dents, the original estimate was about $3000, and kevin told me it might go up to $4000-5000. The total bill was close to $8500. They repaired the vehicle before insurance paid for it, so if the insurance decided not to, I would've been screwed. They sent me the updated estimates after the repairs were done asking if they should go ahead with them. After that they kept increasing and decreasing the total bill, as they liked. I have in my possession 3-4 different total bills. The shop had multiple different employees that I had talked to, 2 of them left, so I kept getting different promises of what will be done with my car. I had a small front scratch that kevin and Aron told me they will fix (on the house since they were small) but since they left, their notes didn't matter. The shop did "repair" those scratches on the house, but they have caused more damage. And now I will pay even more to get them fixed. The promise was complete repair, these guys took a marker and lightly covered them (pics included) The repair was delayed by 10 days. I was leaving Oregon and I had to have the car done by a certain time. They waited till the last minute to tell me they need more money from the insurance, which put me in a bad position and had to cancel my shipping car date and re-arrange flights. This was only due to them not being on top of things. The manager Steven lies blatantly and tells me he been contacting the insurance company but they don't respond. Yet when I do a quick call, they send a check within 2 days. I would also send Steven emails and left voicemails asking for updates, but he doesn't return my calls or respond to my emails. And when I did finally get in touch after 7-8 attempts, he tells me he sent me emails but they didn't go through. Even though we were sending emails back and forth when they were asking for more money. So as a man, I'm embarrassed for him to have a guy his age lie like that. Finally, and ironically enough, when I was picking my car, there was another customer with a Jeep who the shop damages her car. And when she left they were making fun of her, even though they had acknowledged the damage and the delays they caused, calling her rude because she was upset and was in a hurry. Finally, if the owner reads this, I had told the employees how Rivian is right next to me, and I have family members who work there, who will hear about your shop and how your employees behave. And even more importantly, the low quality of repairs the cars leave your shop in.

Have it towed to the nearest dealership and they said a ten year old would have done a better job putting it back together. There are parts missing, parts zip tied in place, screws where there shouldn't be, no screws where there should be, and they painted on top of the clear coat. So now my vacation is being spent dealing with reopening a closed auto claim, tracking down a rental, and how long I will be without my car that is now 80 miles away from home.

Complete lack of communication, flat out lies about…read morehow service would proceed, extra time wasted for my repair for absolutely no reason, and worst of all, not willing to take any responsibility for their mistakes. Worst shop repair experience I've ever had. The manager of the shop seemingly has no idea what his employees are doing or saying, and is completely unwilling to take responsibility. Be warned, if you are forced to use a "State Farm Select Service" shop to start your claim RUN don't walk away from this shop. I was forced to sign a digital approval of service form to even drop the truck off at this shop, then was required to show up to sign the form again in person. I was told multiple times I would still be able to review the estimate before I agreed to repairs. In fact, the signing of this form was required to even get an inspection done, after which I should have still been able to choose where or if the repairs were even done, as is the law in Oregon, and the wording of my insurance policy. Then when I finally got the estimate, I called the exhaust shop doing the work and found out they had already finished with the repair. I was VERY clear in person, over the phone, and over email to multiple people at Classic Collision, including the manager, that I approved them to transfer the vehicle to the exhaust shop to get the estimate done, but wanted to review the estimate/inspection before repairs were done. Classic Collision's response? No chance to review any estimate, no input on how the repairs would proceed as promised, and the work was completed before I had any input on the type or quality of parts being used. The response from the manager? "Sorry about that." That's it. No offer of being able to to do anything for me, no real apology, and that's it. Just come pick up the truck. State Farm's response? Well, since you signed that authorization paper, there's nothing we can do for you. Super. Thanks a lot. Classic Collision doesn't stand behind the word of their employees, doesn't stand behind their work, and will do nothing for you if you aren't satisfied. Avoid them at all cost. This is the least communicative, least transparent, and least professional service shop I have ever used.

After an unfortunate rear end accident involving my 2024 Kia Sorento SXT X-Line and a texting 17 year old in a POS Genesis, I had to deal with a rather frustrating claim with State Farm not wanting to use OEM parts and cut rate labor rates. However, the team at Precision Auto Body made the entire process significantly easier, handling everything with a level of professionalism and dedication that truly impressed me. They went above and beyond to ensure that I didn't have to worry about the intricate details of my claim, giving me peace of mind during a stressful time. A special shoutout goes to Sarah Branscrum, who was an absolute pleasure to work with. Having worked with Sarah professionally in the past, Sarah was incredibly welcoming, thorough, and organized and treated me like it was her own personal vehicle. She took the time to explain every step of the repair process and how she would help navigate the claim with State Farm, ensuring I was kept in the loop throughout the entire process. Her communication skills are top-notch, and her positive attitude made all the difference. It's clear that Sarah truly cares about the customers she serves, and her dedication was instrumental in making this experience as smooth as possible. Another key person I want to highlight is Aaron Stoller. Also having worked with Aaron professionally in the past, Aaron worked closely with me to handle the repair side of things and ensured that my car was restored to its original condition. He demonstrated immense expertise and attention to detail, and it was obvious he takes pride in his work. Aaron was patient and answered all my questions, and he provided clear timelines and expectations so that I knew exactly when to expect my car back. His excellent customer service made the whole repair process stress-free. The quality of the repair work was impeccable, and my vehicle looks as good as new. Precision Auto Body took great care to not only repair the damage but to ensure the overall finish and appearance of my car were flawless. It's rare to find a business that combines exceptional craftsmanship with such a high level of customer service, but Precision Auto Body truly does it all. In conclusion, I highly recommend Precision Auto Body to anyone in need of auto repair services. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction are second to none. Thanks to Sarah, Aaron, and the entire team, my experience went from stressful to seamless. If you're dealing with a frustrating insurance claim or just need top-quality repairs, look no further than Precision Auto Body!

They were able to squeeze the car in an open window which moved a late may start date into a late may repair date; was almost done the first week of May but final QC showed a wiring harness issue. Even when I picked the car up and issues arose the following day, Randy and team were quick to get the car returned for diagnostics and repairs and was able to turn that work around in a few days. The car came back clean inside and out and looks good as new. They even ensured that any further issues arose related to contact them for their lifetime service warranty. Great values all around and highly recommend Precision for your auto repairs. They don't accept Geico btw.
