Just a nice relaxing place to enjoy some tastings. We opted to taste 8 different wines. Some we liked, some not so much, but we wound up buying a couple bottle of their smokey Chardonnay so that's a successful tasting. I also liked their regular Chardonnay as well as a Baco Noir. Next, I opted to taste four whiskeys. I liked 3 of the 4...I won't tell you which sickenly sweet one I didn't even finish, but I really enjoyed the 120 proud Whiskey Barrel proof. We had planned to just do a tasting there, but were enjoying ourselves so much we decided to order some food. I was happily surprised that the food here was really good! They were so so good and came smothered with lots of queso and pulled pork. The wings were also super tasty and they are a variety of dipping sauces. We ordered them plain rubbed and my daughter ended up loving this - perfectly flavorful without too much heat. The outdoor area has a ton of seating and they did such a cute job with the decor. They have a fun list of cocktails, and if you come out back for drink only you can grab one from the adorable airstream. For a great meal in Bolton you can't go wrong. It's a GEM :)

We started out with the Presbyterian and the Home on the Range cocktails. Both were very good. We decided to share several appetizers. We had the pimento cheese and pork rinds, barbecued peel and eat shrimp, and the Little Gen Lettuces. All of them were excellent and plenty of food. Service was excellent. Standout dishes to me were the Brussels sprouts and the apple cobbler dessert (which I just had a little taste of). The swordfish was on the dry side - that's a tricky protein to get right. The fried chicken was served as cutlets - so some of the items were more difficult to share vs. others. The shrimp salad cups were somewhat unremarkable and a bit too loaded with mayo (in my opinion). The shishito peppers were nice - I think I was the one at the table that enjoyed those the most. Our server finally came back with our drinks and asked what we wanted to get started and we told him that they already started our appetizers. He also didn't come back for quite a while after that and he finally asked us what we wanted for dinner and he didn't ask how the food was or anything. He just said OK cool and put in our food order. When we got our actual entrée, I had the New York strip steak and my husband had the scallops and they were very good. We ordered those entrées because the line chef said they were good and we wouldn't be disappointed and we were not. Our server finally came back around after everyone else buster plates and asked if we wanted anything for dessert and we already made up our mind what we wanted. I ordered the coconut rice pudding and my husband ordered the pistachio cheesecake. Both of those were also very good highly recommend them if you have room at the end of your meal. Just naturally delicious, nothing special on it, just a really good burger. We got the twice over when we walked in, but it's a local bar so maybe we were a friend. The bar maid was very friendly and speaking of that, I walked out without my food and a patron ran out with my takeout box. The bathrooms were clean and smelled good.
