Staff could not be more rude. Also have never been there and have them get our order correct. When asked to correct it we got an eye roll as she held her hand out for the bagel back. I'm so completely disappointed in this location of Bruegger's. The last few times I've been, the portions are laughable and the customer service has been TERRIBLE. I drove through yesterday morning around 10am. They weren't horribly busy. I waited 5 mins at the window to even order. There was one car in front of me. One. Ok. No big deal. Maybe they were busy inside? When I finally ordered, I asked the young woman for the Herby Turkey with LOTS of sun-dried tomato spread. Charge me extra for it if need be. I don't care. That's my favorite sandwich and I wanted a lot of the tomato spread. I got home and this "lunch sandwich" was absolutely BEYOND PATHETIC. Barely any turkey. Two small pieces of lettuce that didn't even cover half the bagel. The cream cheese spread was hardly there. I couldn't even taste it. And the tomato spread was basically a thimble full on the sandwich. I couldn't taste that either. So much for asking for extra bc that fell on deaf ears. It was basically just the bagel. That's it. See the photos. I refuse to go to this location again if this is how they treat their patrons... what did I pay for? Bc I certainly didn't get a meal. Where is the management when these items are going out? Or during training? This is inexcusable and they should be ashamed of themselves. I swung by this location to pick up my birthday bagel. I opted to go inside rather than wait in the line for the drive-through. I did wait a couple minutes for someone to take my order, but you could see they were busy fulfilling orders. The girl that took my order was very friendly and answered all my questions since I had never been to this franchise before. I ordered the five cheese bagel with bacon, scallion cream cheese. The bagel was smaller than I anticipated, but tasted fresh and not chewy like some bagels are. I loved the bacon, scallop cream cheese and will try that again, but I might go with a different bagel option next time. read more

So I have one kid, whom I am certain is 2% Bagel at any one point. I generally don't need to ask what she wants in the morning time...any morning. I trust her palate WRT anything carbs. She says her favorite is Brueggers. Cinnamon Sugar Bagel w/butter. Solid Everytime. I'm a Savory Breakfast Sammich kind of guy, any bagel plus eggs and meat, is a good start to my day. There are many great options here for that. The Western is great! If she has a late school start, it's a great day to stop in and get a bagel. Staff is nice. Coffee is hot. The location off center stood at ordering counter while several workers made no eye contact.... no acknowledgement... kept working... never said sorry we are busy we will be right with you... kept standing there longer thinking someone was going to acknowledge us. I used to enjoy Bruegger's Bagel, but their quality has really gone downhill. The place is dirty and my kids cinnamon and sugar bagel shouldn't taste like garlic or whatever the sandwich before them had ordered because the employee is preoccupied playing with their nose ring and can't take the time to maybe get a new knife or clean the one they're using before cutting the next sandwich. I really love their bagels. There are two locations in Omaha. This review is specifically about the West Center location. Every single time I've gone to this location they have a dismal selection of bagels, the store is disgustingly dirty, and the staff seems completely inattentive. This is probably the third time that I've driven to this location because it's closer to my house and then made the frustrating decision to drive another 30 minutes to go to the other Bruegger's location. Horrible service. We saw 6 people working and everyone ignored us. After about 15 mins of standing at the register waiting to have our order taken we left. I know it was busy but the all ignored us. The level of cleanliness was less than desirable; in particular the egg station was so gross. While paying for my order, an employee came over to tell the cashier she was headed to the bathroom because she felt like she was going to throw up. She is also the same employee that brought me my food while wiping the sweat off her forehead with her forearm. Needless to say, my dog enjoyed the bacon and the rest went into the trash. I would have never thought a stand alone bagel place would be such a gem! My mom was fortunate to win a bagel and coffee every week for the entire year so I've since gone here twice with her and have been delightfully surprised by their customer service, Bagel offerings, and of course the great coffee they serve. So far, I've tried teh blueberry bagel with honey walnut cream cheese and asiago parmesan bagel with onion and chive cream cheese. Each of them toasted and slathered with cream cheese to perfection. We've gone together in the morning which is pretty busy and bustling but they have enough staff to get through to everyone and make sure all customers are taken care of. Today, as I was sitting with my mom while we were both enjoying our bagels, I thought to myself, these bagels are delicious. Like, not like delicious where you think it or say it and it's over with, I mean like, delicious like better than some other places that make a bunch of other things and also bagels. I'm thinking it's because they focus on Bagels and then have a few other things too. I saw that they have catering options which is great for groups for things like game night or Christmas morning! Something has changed in the last year. A simple order of two sandwiches has been wrong more often than not. The "toasted" feature is closer to microwaved now. The staff no longer cuts the bagel in half. And, the nice plastic wrap inside of the butcher paper is gone. read more

I can't use the drive thru window which is their only way to serve with no indoor dinning which makes it harder for me to order because I am deaf. Even worst, there's a loooong line of cars for the drive-thru only. And to this TODAY after taking 4 months break from it, this sign is STILL there!!! Stopped today at 12:30 PM to get 6 Bagels and Cream Cheese. Checked to make sure that I had the correct order got to the car and realized that my hand was all sticky. Could not figure out what about Bagels was sticky. looked at bottom of Bag. It had picked up goo when they filled the bag in the same area they made sandwiches. I used to work in the back of the house and not working clean is just not acceptable. I won't be back, Bagle Bin is just around the corner. Good for soup (comes with a handful of bagel bites), bagel sandwiches, groups of 4-8. For weekday lunch, service has been quick and polite. Most customers seem to use the drive thru, so the dining room isn't very crowded. If they were to get busier, I'd probably stop coming, since much of the seating is at counters and large tables, and I'm not an extrovert. I appreciate the background music - it's just loud enough to mask conversations but never too loud. The main nearby competition is Panera. By comparison, I prefer the bagels here, it's much less busy, but there is less selection. read more

I thought my experience going through the drive thru was friendly, prompt, quick, and painless. I picked up a breakfast sandwich at 11 am without much of a line behind or in front of me. The staff who took my order was nice, and the transaction was easy as it should be. The bagel bacon cheese and egg sandwich was delicious, although my personal preference is less pepper on the bacon. Great service! I went through the drive through to get a bagel for breakfast this morning and when I got to the window realized I forgot to ask for it toasted so I asked if it was too late. The lady said it was but she would make me a new one and I told her no that's ok but she still insisted on making a new one so I let her. She even offered to let me keep the untoasted one. This was my last time giving Bruegger's a shot, which is sad as it used to be my favorite bagel sandwich place. I used to go to the 40th and Dodge location a lot and was always satisfied, but this spot cannot seem to give me an overall good experience. Either the food is messed up, they forget stuff, or the service is rude. Today was both messed up food and poor service. I placed a mobile order for drive thru pickup and upon getting to the speaker, the person taking orders proceeded to tell me it's not ready yet because they are busy, which is fine, but then proceeds to tell me to get out of line and come in. At that point, just don't have mobile order capabilities as it ended up taking longer than cars who got in the drive thru after me. All that just for them to forget the extra egg (which costs money) and the cream cheese on one of my sandwiches. I will say, the twice baked hash browns were amazing though, so that's why this is two stars. These issues are all too frequent at this location though, so if you must have Bruegger's, don't bother with this one. read more

I recently sampled a rosemary olive oil bagel that I really enjoyed.
