Been to other locations with No problems. Ordered Take Out and while eating it, I found the upc code sticker stuck on my apple inside my chicken sandwich. I wonder if they even washed the apple before it was sliced up into my sandwich.??? OMG the lunch I had there was amazing! The BLT wrap was my family's favorite and their chips were the best. Now the service was almost instant, the waiter was very nice and funny. It was a busy Sunday morning at Brunch Cafe but the super cute and friendly hostess took great care of us and made my breakfast one to remember. Every restaurant should have someone like this I'm looking forward to going back again. Brunch. Where to start? People always say it's "between breakfast and lunch", and they consider that accurate. But to me, it's snow in the window. It's after church, socializing with friends, and the meal afterwards. And this café captured all of that. To start, the entrance guaranteed a wait time of five to ten minutes, and we had a table and menus in two minutes. Their staff was kind and friendly, and although it wasn't on the menu, they happily made an American cheese omelet with hash browns for one of my friends. They provided us with water, coffee, and Coke, and asked if we wanted refills as soon as the glass was empty! The food; where to start? We had a party of four, ordering an American cheese omelet with hash browns, an egg skillet with sweet potato tater tots (if you haven't tried those, you haven't lived), stuffed potato pancakes, and black and white pancakes. If you're wondering, the stuffed potato pancakes were stuffed with scrambled eggs, bacon, and onions, with cheese and sour cream on top. And the black and white pancakes were absolutely heavenly. Packed with chocolate chips and with a delicious chocolate and whipped cream drizzle, these pancakes required no syrup whatsoever. I think it's the first time that I haven't emptied the syrup cup! My only complaint is that the food didn't come very fast; it took around fifteen minutes for four meals. They were good meals, yes, but it took a while. Glad I had a book. Now for the most important part- the atmosphere. If you've read other reviews of mine, you know that I enjoy a good atmosphere almost as much as a good meal- and the Brunch Café definitely had both. The booths were enormous- plenty of room for four or even six people! Pictures of eggs adorned the walls, the radio was playing, people were chatting. It was very much a place where you could chat. The staff was amazing and helpful, even when they had to go back two or three times to get the condiments we wanted, and remained helpful and smiling. The bathrooms were clean and looked nice, and the style was very simplistic and modern while retaining the atmosphere of a chatty place to hang out. They even had the complimentary lollipops arranged in blocks of flavors so you didn't have to go rooting through a pile to get to which one you wanted. All in all, an amazing experience for everyone, from beginning to end. The staff was friendly, the food delicious, and the atmosphere casual. Five stars. Would eat there again. read more

This is our other "go to spot " for breakfast . Love the daily specials . I do wish there were more non egg vegetarian options - seeing how creative the specials are it's be great to see something else for us vegetarians to enjoy who don't eat eggs. I stopped in today to have breakfast by myself. I've been here several times and was always pleased. Today was no different. In fact, it was my best experience yet. I was greeted promptly and seated right away. My server offered appropriate suggestions when I explained I'm doing a low carb diet. No extra charge for substitutions! Server was attentive but not bothersome. Even offered me a cup of coffee to go. When not busy with customers, hostess was keeping the restaurant beautifully clean. I overheard the manager talking with a table that seemed to have a minor complaint. She handled it in a manner that left the guests happy, but would have made the kitchen proud as well. Breakfast was very good. The oh carumba skillet was tasty and jalepenoes sent me right to the fluffy pancakes to cool tongue. Best service I've had! My family and I decided to try it out opposed to our usual 20min travel to Denny's. Our waiter was so cheerful and helpful. The menu was different than what we've seen before. I was a bit dissapointed at the hot chocolate, seems like it was just those easy chocolate packets with water added. The pancakes were a bit different also. It wasn't as flavorable (If that's a real word) as I'd hoped. However, i was pretty impressed with their potatoes. My family loves this restaurant. They do call ahead seating, which can be a God-send with small children on a Saturday/Sunday morning. The food is always fresh and hot, and comes out lightning fast.
