I came in for brunch on a weekday after Christmas. I made sure I got in line on the website to reduce our wait. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and seated. It took about 5 minutes for our server to acknowledge us but after that our server was very attentive. I ordered the BLT benedict minus the T with the millionaire loaded potatoes. My dad ordered also the BLT bendedict and my son was wanting something simple, a bacon omelette, no cheese and potatoes. Our food arrived about 15 minutes after ordering. Everything tasted wonderful, I loved my benedict and the potatoes were amazing. My dad loved his as well and my son devoured his omelette. The only thing was he wasn't asked about an option for toast so they brought him a whole grain wheat of some sort that he did not care for. Our coffee and soda were refilled consistently and we were offered drinks to go as well. When it came time to pay, I had a couple gift cards so I went to the front and asked to pay there and the manger gladly helped me. I thought First Watch was mainly just breakfast so going for lunch... I wasn't too excited. The inside was nice and spacious; I did find a lunch menu amongst the breakfasts with a half sandwich/ salad combo for $12; I ordered a roast beef grilled half sandwich and a chicken, avocado Cobb salad -both were delicious! Very happy with quantity and quality of food! Two others ordered the waffles and they devoured them. Sara ordered soup and half sandwich special too and said very good! All and all I enjoyed the location, building, service and food! I'll be back with friends! PS I like being able to pay at the table with the QR code on your receipt w/o the waitress! read more

I was so happy when they built this right by my office. I stopped in for a early lunch the other day with a friend, this was my second visit there. The food is always fresh and they get it out very quickly. The service is always good and the staff seems to be friendly. The restaurant is immaculately clean as are the bathrooms. Everything I've had here was fresh and tasty. They keep your coffee cup full if you drink coffee, which I do not, I drink iced tea and they kept that full as well. They also packed me up an iced tea to go at the end of the meal, which was a nice touch. I think I will say I'm going to be a regular in this place. First time dining at this location. The inside dining g area is set up well, lots of room and doesn't feel as crowded as some locations. Large outside patio seating that is shaded as well. After my initial disappointment to find my favorite Morning Market Veg omelette was not on the menu, I decided to try something new. The frittata was really good and I was happy to find another breakfast item I enjoy. I was a bit disappointed in my typical side of turkey sausage, which have always been sausage patties when I order them. Not a fan of links, just okay. I've been to the Phoebix locations and glad that my daughter wanted to take me here. She dines at this restaurant quite often. The decor is consistent compared to other locations. As far as service, I can't remember her name, but she was definitely nice. All the time my daughter dines here, she was her server. Great service all around. Food: Million Dollar Bacon French Toast I'm not sure what my daughter ordered, but it was delicious. The syrup is served warm, and I always love the French Toast. It's so basic but so good. Ordered the breakfast sandwich on a brioche bun. I subbed the bacon for sausage and my side was grits. Food arrived and noticed the grits were real yellow, almost orange. Grainy and full of greasy cheese. Waiter kindly brought me potatoes. The brioche bun was stale, hard with no flavor. One small egg and very little arugula and avocado. Maybe would be better with 2 eggs on grilled sourdough or pressed croissant with more avocado and greens. Just saying read more

Quality control seems to have slipped lately. Dishes are leaving the kitchen at the wrong temperature--breakfast has been arriving barely lukewarm, and no one wants to eat cold eggs. This place NEVER fails. Each time I ordered, the food was delicious. If I ever faced any issue, First Watch always corrected it on their end. I have eaten at this First Watch location many times and have always enjoyed it, but today (29 April 2024) was very different. The food was delicious but the Service was atrocious. We sat outside on the patio at 10 am. Our server arrived about 5 minutes afterwords and gave us coffee and menus. We never saw that server again. A different server got us water at 10:20 but didn't take our order. After waiting another 20 minutes I went looking for a server to take our order and got a completely different one. Our food finally arrived at 10:50. I should mention, the restaurant was only about a third full. Fortunately, we did not need to be anywhere so the tardiness didn't really matter. Love first watch! We were so excited when we bought our house that we were so close to one. The food is always delish, the staff is friendly and the service is on point. We have yet to be disappointed with a visit. I highly recommend trying some of their craft breakfast cocktails! I also really love they have a soup and sandwich or salad deal. Last visit I got the club and I really enjoyed it. They are pretty busy during the weekend since they are only a breakfast/lunch spot but definitely worth checking out for brunch one day! read more
