The food was the worst I ever had from them. I ordered Gnocchi without chicken and was charged the same price. Why?!! The Gnocchi were not the normal style I ever seen and the sauce was old. So disappointing for us. read more

I love Brunina's..... I go to Naples a couple times a year and always make it a point to stop there. The food is excellent. They even make great pizza. My favorite is the Pasta Bolognese. If you go on Saturday night, there's even an accordion player. The prices are reasonable and the service is good. read more

Just had there lasagna. They must have changed the recipe. I've had several times and it was great. This was awful. Tons of pasta and almost no meat. Very dry. Little cheese. The whole bottom was over cooked. Maybe it's because it's season and they're going the least expensive route with their meals. Think I'll wait awhile before I return. read more

Ziti with sauce was good but the chicken parm was not edible. Burned and chewy. I sent it back once but it was the same awful dish. I have given this restaurant a few chances now but won't return. Great place if you like happy hour drinks. I would rather have good food. read more

This is my favorite place to go! I enjoy sitting outside to enjoy the weather and sometimes the sunset. Love the food. Have tried the majority of menu items. I prefer pasta: spaghetti with meatballs, eggplant parm, pork moderno. Pizza is fab, I try to stay with the gluten free. Salads nice. Although I don't usually eat fish at Italian restaurant, I enjoyed salmon and shrimp scampi at Brunina. She offers dinner specials and wine too. read more

Unfortunately, The food was sub par at best. But that wasn't the worst part. Apparently there was a large birthday party (20+people) and there was a dispute what seemed to be over a minuscule change. Instead of de-escalating the situation the owners son decided to elevate the situation, thus causing chaos and creating an environment that certainly doesn't seem to represent " the customer is always right". Delicious food, big servings, and a decent price. Meals come with a garden salad and bread is brought to the table. Service is always outstanding. Indoor and outdoor seating. I prefer outdoor as the inside is loud when it is full. I highly recommend the Bolognese sauce - very meaty and flavorful. The Angel Hair Shrimp is in a light red broth and my friend enjoyed it. Tried Brunina's Pizza & Pasta for the first time last night - what a treat! Great casual atmosphere - awesome service from Carlos - and fabulous food! Started with the Salsiccia Cherry Pepper appetizer which was plentiful, spicy as advertised and came out piping hot - a great start! We ordered the Short Rib Ragu Gnocchi and the Lasagna- both were amazing - and like the Salsiccia, served very hot! The gnocchi were very light and a perfect pairing with the short rib which fell apart with a fork. The lasagna was an interesting recipe which includes ham and egg - my skepticism fortunately didn't prevent my order - it was wonderful. We will be back again for sure! read more

Megan made me the best expresso martini I've ever had in my 25 year drinking career of martinis! Even my tanquery extra dry with a twist was perfection. I came here in the mood for pizza after a weekend hosting friends who wanted fish and Thanksgiving turkey, and I was totally impressed with the Calabrese meat pizza that was loaded with meats and enough to fill me up without excess. Despite an initial challenge with the waiter's service, Travis, the manager or owner, stepped in to ensure our experience turned around for the better. Travis was both apologetic and proactive in resolving the situation, leading to a positive evening overall. We will absolutely visit again, confident that the service issue was a one-time occurrence. To his credit, the waiter was assigned to tables both inside and outside, quite a distance to cover while running back and forth to the kitchen which may have contributed to the difficulty in properly servicing our table. Always good food but I sure wish they would bring back the Seafood Pesto entree. The owner says "we never had that" but our server said what really happened was that dish was made by a chef who no longer works there and unfortunately nobody else learned how to make it. The server also said it was an extremely popular entree and our server's favorite dish as well. We are full-time here and I used to get it every time we went. I was so disappointed when we went the next time and they had different menus. That aside, everything is usually very good, fresh and good quality. read more

Not only was the calamari, hard, rockhard, but it also seemed to have a personality crisis, they described it with the banana bell peppers, which were just thrown on top, and then a side of tartar and a side of red sauce. The Gnocchi Blackened Chicken Alfredo did not taste or resemble Alfredo. The Veal Saltimboca was over cooked thin dry pieces of veal with burnt prosciutto and a tasteless sauce. The only good part of our meal was the bread (even though it was wrapped in foil and squished). Will never go back and confused by the good reviews.
