We debated about driving this far on picking up pizza but we are so glad that we took the chance. Not only was the pizza delicious, we plan to go back to eat there for lunch. They have outdoor seating too! The PIZZA was really good and loaded with toppings! We got the Santa Rosa Pizza and everyone was happy with that choice. We also got a few side salads, wings, and the cinnamon knots! The 20 mins drive there and 20 mins back was off putting but that wasn't the restaurants fault. Convenient, easy to order online and close to our apartment. I'm a snob when it comes to pizza as I grew up in the north east. This is a local dominos quality at best, however we really enjoyed our salad, pizza, boneless wings and cinnamon knots. Great spread for when you don't feel like going out. Well, let's just say that your pure pizza eatery options are limited when at Rosemary. I highly suggest staying away from Pizza By The Sea (we walked in and it looked like a kid's circus inside it). This sits down 30A about 3 miles from Rosemary, and you'd easily pass right by the complex it's in if you didn't know it was there. There isn't a large sign for it, FYI. It's a smaller place with 3-4 booths, 3 high-top no-back benches (some longer than others) and outdoor seating. They have a to-go station and serve up delivery. They also have draft beer with decent selections for a small place. You place your order at the bar, sit down, and wait for it to come out. We ordered a medium pizza (half cheese, half what I like). They offer up small pizzas but it's $12 for 4 slices or $17 for 8 slices. Made more sense for the medium. The pizza was decent. It didn't stick out as amazing but it did the job. Expected much better for the cost, as this is the type of pricing you pay in the ATL for authentic wood-fire pizza ... that's Rosemary for you. I will say that the cinnamon knots we ordered was worth the price. They load that basket up and don't skimp on any of the sugary good stuff on top. My suggestion, get a small pizza for two people and order that as your appetizer. Rookie mistake on my end. They also have a live music schedule. Worth the stop. read more

My family and I rented a house near 30A in order to be together and stay safe and health. We have mostly been cooking, but decided to order takeout tonight. I did not witness any COVID-19 precautions at the restaurant. No staff members were wearing masks. There were two other customers (also picking up takeout orders) besides me that were wearing masks, but no one seated, serving, or cooking. This was a harsh contrast from what is typical in restaurants in Indianapolis. Besides the lack of COVID-19 precautions, I was also disappointed that the delivery map online included our location, but I was called and told that they no longer deliver to my location. I was told I would be refunded the $5 delivery fee, but this was not done. As for the food, the pizza was okay, but I thought it was very overpriced for the quality. The mushrooms were sparse. The crust was thick and chewy. The two children both complained it was to tough to eat. The garlic and cinnamon bites were both very good, but $11 per order was pretty steep. Pizza is good. We eat at Bruno's every time we visit Rosemary Beach. Unfortunately we won't eat there any more due to a $2.50 toppings issue. I know it sounds silly but taking care of the customer is paramount in my book. My wife is vegan and we purchased our own cheese for them to put on her pizza since they have no vegan options other than no cheese. We still would get charged for the pizza with cheese on it and we have no issues there. We just wanted to substitute olives for mushrooms and they wanted $2.50. I mean they are already making money not putting 3 different cheeses on the pizza so we thought it would be no issue with a substitution. The cashier asked the guy making the pizza (the owner I believe) if they could just throw them on and he said no it's an up charge. We left with a feeling of them not caring if we ate there or not. Money is not an issue it's just the point of customer service which we felt we were not getting. Very sad Bruno's had to end our relationship with us over $2.50. read more

I was presently surprised when we found this place and the pizza was very good, ontop of that there was a buffet that included pizza, mac & cheese, and salad for $12. Now usually I wouldn't do a pizza Buffett, but the quality of the pizza was worth it! No wait at all, plenty of people were rolling in and the place was busy but the staff kept up. Good pizza buffet! ----- ----- We visited New Orleans and Florida between Christmas to New Years. In Florida we stayed in Prominence, in Watersound (Santa Rosa Beach). On our first day of exploring our son noticed Bruno's Pizza, so that was our first pick for lunch. We rode our bikes the very short distance there and parked. For lunch they have a buffet of several different types of pizza, including dessert, and a salad bar. We had salad and pepperoni, sausage, cheese, combo. My wife enjoyed a really good gluten free pizza; so good that if she had looked away long enough, the other three of us could have happily made it disappear, surprising here... but, alas... she enjoyed it all. :) They have one of the Coke soda machines that lets you pick the cola and the flavor combinations... nice! We enjoyed lunch outside... nice afternoon in the 60s... between New Years and Christmas... something we've not done before - being warm this time of year, with bellies full of pizza and smiles... how nice!
