    Red snapper 10/10
    Austin P.

Our favorite restaurant in rosemary beach! Excellent service, fair prices and awesome location/vibe. A must book for your trip to 30A Food was delish, wait staff remembered it was our anniversary and brought us complimentary champagne. We feasted on crab cakes, fried devil eggs, rock shrimp pasta, red snapper and carrot cake. Highly recommend

We had such a good time dining at Gallion's. The food is delicious, service is on point, and the environment is so romantic! I loved the snapper dish with Parmesan crusts. The truffle mashed potatoes that comes with it is probably the best I've had so far. I also really like the rock fish pasta. The sauce was perfect amount of tastiness and creaminess. It blended very well

Absolutely phenomenal experience! Maggie is out-of-this-world and truly made our experience extra special. We agreed it wouldn't have been the same without her! She feels like a familiar old friend to us. The restaurant is beautiful and cozy. We loved sitting in the bar area. We ordered: -Bread Candle, 10/10 super yummy and well seasoned. -Ceviche, 20/10 Fresh and delicious -Fried Deviled Eggs, 9/10. Creative and tasty -Red Snapper entree, 10/10 best ever! The crust is to die for. Maggie made an amazing suggestion to sub truffle potatoes instead of fingerling which totally made the meal -Rock Shrimp Pasta - 10/10 for me. This was outstanding, eat it fast as the sauce can separate but amazing flavor -Carrot Cake - 8/10. CC isn't my fave but even I can appreciate its deliciousness A must experience when in Rosemary, and request Maggie if you can!

This place is 18+ at night which makes it for a positive dining experience. We went with a group of friends while on vacation and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. I ordered the Parmesan crusted red snapper which was a nice sized portion of fish (bigger than I was anticipating) cooked perfectly with a light Parmesan crust on top. It was flaky and quite tasty. It's typically served alongside fingerling potatoes but our server presented the option to sub truffle mashed potatoes instead so of course I opted for that. It was great. We also ordered the carrot cake... one piece is all you need for a group of 6 people. It was huge and really good.

I came to gallions for my bachelorette and we had the BEST time! our server Yevin was amazing and recommended the red snapper local style and all 6 of our party got it for dinner. BEST meal the whole trip! he truly made our evening.

Wow! Really enjoyed coming here. The Our Favorite's Tequila Flight - LALO BLANCO | CASA DRAGONES REPOSADO | HERRADURA LEGEND ANEJO | KOMOS ROSE which covered some of my favorites plus a new one for me. My main was the Snapper - Mikes Way. Wow! Truly loved that dish. It isn't listed on the menu, but ask your server for the details if they don't automatically tell you. Gallion's is an 18+ establishment after 2:30PM so that gives you some clue to the atmosphere. Not arrogant, just a little more quiet. If you are staying anywhere near the Rosemary Beach area this one is a must visit.

Absolutely delicious. The butter candle was so fun! The seafood was very fresh. Service was great and we loved the feel of the restaurant. Definitely will be back when we visit!

My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed Gallion's. Our AirBNB host recommended we get a reservation, and we are so glad that we did. The food was by far the best of the entire trip. We also enjoyed our drinks and key lime pie for dessert. Our server, Harrison, was incredible, and extremely knowledgeable of the menu including recommendations based off of locals preferences. It's a little pricey, but beyond worth it for the quality of food and service that you receive. We would recommend this restaurant to any and everyone visiting Rosemary!

    Grouper sandwich and side salad

We are in town to enjoy some nicer weather for this holiday week. Been in the area a number of times but this visit we are staying on this side of 30A. We walked here during halftime of the Bills game because it was brutal to watch. They were serving lunch still, and I got an Old Fashioned as recommended by our server Kara. She was friendly, professional, and helpful. Gave us some of the recommendations and highlights of the menu. My parents decided to get the grouper sandwich and the fish dip. The grouper came with a side salad, and the fish dip was delicious, candied jalapeno relish was a nice touch with the lavash. I got the Reuben, and upgraded to the parm truffle fries. The fries were exceptionally tasty. Also asked for an extra side of the Russian dressing which was tasty with the fries. Passed on dessert, but the good food and drinks show why this place is highly rated. Support small owned businesses! Thanks Kara for a great meal-

So good. Few things- you can book via Open Table for reservations but they require a credit card. Second, it's 18+ after 2:30 pm. We lucked out that they let us come with our two adult sons and one slightly younger since he was with his parents. Appetizers: ceviches, blackened crab legs, and butter candle. All were fantastic. Great flavor. Mains: I had the red snapper and took the server's recommendation to swap the fingerling potatoes for the truffled mashed potatoes. (Lighting in the picture isn't great, but it was divine.) My husband & one son had the filet, another had the pasta, and the last one had the pork chop. All were really good. Dessert: we sampled the chocolate torte, crème brûlée, and the key lime pie. All were good, but not standouts on their own.

    Fried deviled eggs

Tried this spot out for dinner. We had a reservation, it was pretty busy on a Tuesday night. The deviled eggs were good, we got them with the jalapeño jam instead of the bacon jam. They were delicious. The inside filling was very creamy. The beet salad was probably my favorite dish. It was light but refreshing and delicious. The sweetness from the dried fruit, and candied walnuts paired perfectly with the arugula and the beets. The ravioli was delicious, and they were generous with the lobster. There were 5 pieces of ravioli. Probably some of the best ravioli I have ever had. The crab cake was good, but nothing special. It had a good slaw. The service was great. They sat us immediately and the food came very fast.

Juicy "Double Pork Chop" -- Highly recommend
    Laurie V.

What a truly memorable meal from start to finish. Our waiter, Alex, was wonderful -- attentive, knowledgeable, and perfectly paced the evening without ever being intrusive. I ordered the double pork chop, served with a rich, silky demi-glace over white truffle risotto, and it was outstanding. One of the most impressive elements was the pumpkin goat cheese component -- so subtle that you wouldn't guess "pumpkin" or "goat cheese" if you had not read it. Instead, it simply added the perfect balance of gentle saltiness, depth, and creamy richness to the truffle risotto. Everything on the plate worked in harmony. Even the broccoli was tender and layered with delicate, elevated flavor -- clearly treated with as much care as the main components. The Malbec paired beautifully, and it's easy to see why Gallion's has received the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence every year, as well as the Best of Award of Excellence for 2025. The airline chicken was the other standout entrée and an excellent lighter choice. The organic chicken was beautifully prepared, seasoned with herbs de province, over squash purée, and served with elevated vegetables: rainbow cauliflower, baby carrots, and fingerling potatoes, accompanied by a lemon-lavender jus. Elegant, balanced, and incredibly flavorful. I would consider this a healthy veggie-lovers' perfect choice. For dessert, we shared the crème brûlée and key lime pie -- both were lovely and provided a perfect ending to an already exceptional meal. Gallion's delivers refined food without pretension, impeccable balance of flavors, and a dining experience that feels special without being stuffy. We will absolutely return.

    Caesar with jo croutons

Typically parking can be difficult but we were lucky and found a spot right away. The good: Rosemary is beautiful in the evenings and we dined here on a lovely evening. The decor is nice. What was not so good...I eat gluten free and always ask about the food, I asked if there was a gf menu, our server replied that there were only 2 things on the menu that could not be modified to be gluten free. When it was time to order I asked for something different than the 2 things she mentioned and she said, that's not gluten free. Ok, so I ordered a Caesar salad with no croutons. When my food arrived it was a small handful of lettuce with dressing on the side and a bit of cheese. I would have been embarrassed to send that out of the kitchen, my companion pointed it out to our server and she did deliver some more lettuce. Several of us at the table had problems with the food and our server seemed less than pleased to-be working with us. The bill was astronomical. Sadly, I will not return.

We had a party of about 15 people, and while the evening had some bright spots, it unfortunately didn't live up to what we had hoped would be a memorable celebration. Earlier that morning, we called and made a reservation for our large group. Later in the day, we called back simply to confirm that a high chair would be available for one of the babies in our party, only to be told that there wasn't a reservation under our name. It was a stressful start, especially with such a large group to coordinate. Thankfully, when we arrived, the staff was able to accommodate us with outdoor seating, and we were grateful they found a way to fit us in. Our server was kind, and I understand that serving a party our size isn't easy. That said, service throughout the meal was quite slow, and there were several mix ups. Some guests waited a long time for drinks, a few orders were missed initially, and it took quite a while before everyone had their meals. The cocktails, however, were excellent. Our table ordered espresso martinis, margaritas, and several other drinks, and those were definitely a highlight of the evening. Unfortunately, the food was the biggest disappointment for our group. The appetizer portions were much smaller than we expected, and overall, most of us weren't particularly impressed with the quality of our meals. Considering we were celebrating such a special occasion, we had hoped the food would be just as memorable as the setting. Proper is in a beautiful location, and I do appreciate that the staff was ultimately able to accommodate our large party after the reservation mix up. Based on our experience, though, I think this is probably a better spot for drinks and a couple of small bites than it is for a large celebratory dinner. While I'm glad we gave it a try, I don't think it's a place we'll be returning to.
