The first time was in Charlotte when they arrived to fix my work truck, this second time we had a random issue with my friends's diesel tractor that she couldn't get to start out in Winnabow. (It was urgent that we had the tractor running same day.) I called, spoke to Terry in the office who was very nice. Within 5 minutes, I had a call from the service tech letting me know his eta once he was to be done on his current repair. He arrived out in the boonies within 30 minutes and after some diagnostics, he had fixed a few things and replaced the fuse and had the tractor running again within an hour. This saved us from having to get anything towed and we were very appreciative with how quick everything was done from start to finish. I know it's random to brag that they fixed the tractor, but whether it was a car or diesel truck or tractor, it was a needed service and resolved quickly.
