The manager took a report, said they made a mistake and would refund my car wash and pay for my vehicle repairs. Neither happened, and after multiple attempts to contact corporate and visit the store manager who was not available when I went by the store, I then filed this on my insurance and am out of pocket my deductible and replacement of bike rack. Later the car wash did finally contact me after two weeks. After corresponding for several weeks they now tell me my claim is denied because of my roof mounted bike rack. For background information I have been going to a competitor for over 5 years twice weekly with this vehicle and roof rack and have used other car washes without incident but they are using this excuse to not pay for their faulty equipment. Stay far away from this car wash because if they damage your vehicle they will give you the run around and not pay a cent for their faulty equipment. Terrible business practices.

I don't know if the 40 was a special, but they did a great job, and it was quick. The waiting area of the car wash is beautiful.
