This place is horrendous and a mess entering the car wash every little corner around the curbs were trash every where. As well with lots of black oil stains, The guy that scrubbed my windshield accidentally slammed the metal part instead of the bristle part of the brush. Remind you I already have a crack on my window and from it made it a bit bigger. Towards the end 4-5 people are drying my car some of them didn't look like they wanted to be there they swiped my car twice with the towels and called it a day. I had to go over and dry my car myself bc it was still wet... As well the staff weren't wearing uniform I couldn't even tell who was a worker and who wasn't. Now I understand why my car wash was Free because, no one was there other than me and another car. Only good thing about that experience was that I didn't pay no money out of my pocket because, I'm for sure not coming back here again. read more

I paid for the $33 dollar wash with wax blah blah blah. There was soap in the hatch back space. The grill wasn't wiped down properly my husband had to do it. They didn't use lint free towels therefore there is lint all over. I could go on, but overall it was terrible. If I could give less than one start I would. Never Again!!!!! read more

This was my first time visiting so I called ahead before actually going. I talked to Taylor I've the phone and he was very friendly and courteous. He helped me with pricing for a package deal. My seats were destroyed with food and drink spills and I needed to get the shampooed something serious. Made it there before 5 on a Friday which is when I believe they stop taking details. Clean environment in the waiting area and drinks, ice cream, car novelties, air fresheners and snacks were available to purchase. Wait time wasn't long at all. My interior was spotless and they gave me advice on how my seats would dry at a quicker rate. These guys were awesome. I will definitely return as a customer! Thanks guys . read more

I was referred by a friend to this car wash, will never go back there again. I did upgrade for the extra tires and that was $19. That was probably the only thing that I got corrected was my tires. The car was vacuumed not all the way through and they did not wipe the inside down I do have pictures. I will never go back to the car wash again ever in life. And I don't think you should either. I came here for the 1st time before Mother's Day.. I always would drive past and see so many cars pulled up and being serviced. I thought I'd give them a try boy was that a silly mistake. I have a very nice SUV and I wanted it detailed inside and stuff which I didn't know they did until I pulled up. The vacuum service was 5ish out of 10... I still seen things I had in there prior to getting the service done.. ok, next red flag I was wanting to watch them clean my truck and the guy who was working with the young lady said you can wait inside. Me and my daughter went inside to pay for the service and once we came out we sat down at the bench.. just waiting for my truck.. why did these people steal from my vehicle?! WHY!!!!!!!!! If you wanted a tool that bad you could of simply asked but to steal a tool was so ignorant of you!!! I will NEVER return here especially a place that hires thieves and is in on it.. of course nobody knew who did it.. good thing I have a camera inside my truck.. thieves get nowhere in this world trust me! read more

I took my wife's Hyundai Genesis to get a full service car wash. While our car was going through the wash, one of the over head brushes broke the "fin" antenna off. Our Hyundai Genesis is almost 10 years old, so I can understand why this could happen. We found the "Fin cover" and it was beyond repair. At that point Chase, the manager came out to assess the situation. Trying to find a new replacement antenna has been quite a challenge. Chase not only looked online, he actually drove to the Hyundai dealership in effort to order a new replacement part. Even Hyundai couldn't order a new replacement antenna. Chase kept looking and finally found an exact match overseas. Although we're still waiting for the part to ship, it's very rare today to find this level of customer service. Chase has kept me updated on everything during his search for such a rare part. Chase has fully gained my trust in him and I couldn't be more appreciative of all he's done for us! I'll write a follow up review once we've received the part and Chase has installed it for us. We'll continue to take our cars to Star Car Wash not only because Chase has been outstanding with his customer service, but they also do a great job on cleaning your car inside and out! read more

I've been a happy customer for years but now the service is horrible. My SUV has been scratched on several occasions and I pay $33 for a wash which does not include a wipe down inside the hatch. I'm sure that I can find better. Nice knowing you Benny. read more

I don't live too far from here and I always see vehicles pulled up and being cleaned so I came by about 2 months ago and asked for a detail service which they do offer as you can see in my pictures, but they informed me that there wasn't enough time in the day that day. I understood because it was already 1:30. I came back a week later at 10 and they informed me they were short staffed and couldn't detail that day either. Instead of making a useless trip again I called prior to my next stop, spoke on the phone with a gentleman and asked what the correct procedure was to get a detail, he informed me it's all first come first serve and the earlier the better. This business opens at 8AM, today I arrived at 8:35 asked for a detail and was immediately told no we can't today. When I asked for explanation I was told "we aren't sure how much staff we will have today so we can't detail today" ... At this point I am beyond annoyed and ask to speak with the manager whose name is Michael. Michael informed me that they couldn't do a detail today point blank and when I explained to him what I had been through he said well the only way we can do a detail is if you're going to leave the car with us the entire day, "so can you leave the car the entire day?" throwing his hands around... no I cannot that's not what I was told on the phone when I called. I asked who was above him and he stated Chase, but that he wasn't in currently. I do not recommend this place at all. Unfortunately there is no resolution and businesses are taking advantage of customers all the time now days, there is just no accountability. Even when asking to speak with a manager and explaining all the issues you've had, they treat you as if you are the problem. I visited this location on Sunday... I went to just get exterior clean. I went through the car wash and they broke my windshield wipers and cracked my glass. Spoke to the manager and they said it was my fault. They did not not want to pay for the damage. Make sure when you go here, you have a lawyer on speed dial because they will make an excuse. If I could give a zero I would! I used to go to this place and they had terrific service now it is crap. From the jump the manager was hollaring at one of the kids there telling them that they can't clean the inside of my car because it is too dirty. I went back and asked the young man and he tells me that he can't clean the inside of my car, as kid for because they are too backed up. That's a joke, there is not too many people there and he didn't realize that I heard the manager complaining about my vehicle! You bring a dirty car to a car wash to get cleaned! Not the other way around. If you don't like your job then find a new one....take pride in your work. I have seen several people since I have been here complaining about the cleanliness of their vehicles. This place has gone to shit. Came here because I didn't have time to go to one of the stay in your car and vacuum yourself cheap places. I was amazed at how well vacuumed my car was dust wiped and then to my biggest surprise my whole car was clean (even the nook on my back window). I've been coming here for awhile now and this is the first time I've had to tell them to go back and wipe down areas they didn't wash before, now getting in my car today I clearly see I didn't check my car well enough. The back seats were not even touched, still sticky and gross. A simple wipe down could've fixed it and my mats are not even touched you could tell they had some lazy workers today because my seats were not vaccumed or wiped down, I'm very disappointed. I have no idea how this place gets bad reviews. I just took my car in for a quick wash and was so unexpectedly surprised at how thorough they were. After it came out of the wash and they were drying it, one of the personnel noticed there were still a lot of bugs on the grill so she got a sponge to address them. I purchased the highest priced package they have and was expecting to get a clean car back. Boy, was I wrong. First of all, somehow they killed my battery in my brand new car, which has never happened and I'm not sure how it happened. So we had to jump it off whe it was still in the wash area and other cars were behind mine. When I walked to my finished car, I immediately notice long water drips all over my car. On the windows, coming from The windows, dripping off my side mirrors on to my car doors etc. I absolutely hate that. When it dries, you'll see a long line of water stains. Ugh. Once I got in my car, I literally laughed. I just couldn't believe what I saw. First thing I notice is my brand new vent air freshener that costed me $5 was gone. Then I noticed my seats still had stuff in the cracks and wasn't wiped down. I had something white on my seat that was still there. My floors still had white dog hair everywhere, there was still so much vacuuming needed everywhere! The doors, dash, console seat... Everything still had dirt on it. I sat there in disbelief. s is the third time this week i came here trying to get my car detailed. When i came today (Wednesday) at 12, they said "if you pay now, ill hold your spot for 2:15pm". I got here at 215 and they said by 5 it would be done. now it is 4:48 and they say it will be 6 before its done. And now that i complained, im sure they will do a crappy job. This place is the cheapest around, at $109, but they waste a lot of your time. I dont understand, because a year and a half ago, i came in for a detail and they were done in less than an hour and a half. Charged me $30 and took an hour to remove 2 small stains from car seat in addition to cleaning outside and inside of car. The worker got carried away with the interior cleaning spray and didn't remove it from driver side window, info screen and plastic dash parts parts. I found out the hard way that this stuff bakes on pretty quickly and now I can't get it off window and other areas that were in direct sunlight. This is the first time I've had such poor service. Other times I've had fairly good results for the price. BTW, the stains were removed. 5/30/20 - My wife took same car to have it washed and have seat cleaned. They wanted to charge her $45 to clean 1 car seat and required her to leave car overnight. She decided against seat cleaning and got basic car wash. They left the driver side window open when they put it through the automatic car wash! My wife demanded full refund, but was denied as only person who can give refunds was not on duty today. They could only offer 50% off next car wash. The service at this business has dropped off the cliff and we won't be back. read more

As a Lyft driver it's important that my car is clean and smells fresh. I've washed my car myself before and it's a lot of work. It takes me no less that 30 minutes and that's just a wash and quick dry with a towel and it still looks dirty. Not to mention that now I'm sweaty and dirty. It's too much for me to handle. So I decided that using my local car wash would be a better option for me. I drive up, they take my plate number and give me a ticket. They take it from there. I never have to wait in my car because they're so fast and polite too! I go inside in a comfortable area always clean and never crowded even though they service hundreds of cars per day. By the way, the rest rooms are clean and smell nice too. I have the monthly plan it saves $ since I get it washed 3+ times a month. The crew is very quick and my car is always squeaky clean and tires nicely armoralled. I'm so grateful for the nice work they do and I tip to show my appreciation. Today I visited your Garland location and was told they were not doing wipe downs. When I asked why ,I was told it wasn't worth it. When I went inside I asked the gentleman at the counter " when did they stop doing wipe downs" he said today. He said I just came at a good time, it was 3:30 pm. I understand that if the business is really busy they may not offer the wipe down service but there was less than 10 cars being serviced at the time. This is a service your car wash offers that keeps customers coming. In my opinion this needs to be a flexible decision that should be adjusted throughout the day. I'm sure if I was coming in for a full detail I would not have been told it wasn't worth it. This is just poor business. read more

I don't know why I throw my money away at these types of car washes. I was running around town doing errands and saw they had a deal on their billboard for their anniversary and decided to give it a chance. I regretted it as soon as they called me to pick up my car. It's been a while since I've washed my car and had some bugs stuck on the bumper from my last trip. For some reason my car took longer than others and it still wasn't clean enough. I saw that they ran my car through the wash twice. When I came out to inspect, the bumper still had bugs and dirt was still on the mirrors. So I asked them to take care of it. They wiped it down again but didn't wipe down the bugs from the license plate. It's hard not to see the bugs on there too. The license plate is attached to the bumper after all. After I saw that he didn't do that I was a little frustrated and didn't even mention that they did a horrible job on the vaccuming and wipe down of my car. When I arrived I asked them to vaccumm the trunk so the guy told me to pop the trunk and they will take care of it. They didn't. I also paid an extra $6 for interior wipe down and it looks the same as when I took it in. Seriously?!? I had already been there too long and needed to be somewhere so I took my losses and left unhappy and a little mad. I for sure will not be back here again. I'll wash my own car. read more
