We got towed there with the rv and they were concerned and tried to connect us with resources to get towed home etc. The lady in the office, I wish I had gotten her name, she was so nice--she was fine with us being there most of the next day until we could get another tow truck out to haul us back to the Dallas metroplex. The park is a lovely little place with a pond and ducks. A peaceful country setting! We would stay there again--a nice place and great people!

I inquired why he was so ugly to him and he said a trailer had been repo'd that day. Sooooo be ugly to people because your Residents don't pay their trailer payment. Ya ok. NO! He told me to pay my bill in person for the month (which I have in text) on Monday. 2 days after it was due. I pay 3 months at a time so I could "save the $10 credit card fee". Then when I tried to pay on Monday he attempted to charge me $40 late fee . I've watched as a TON of people have cleared out of this place all due to the Manager Bud. He's rude and has absolutely no Management experience. According to the Owner he was in a coma for 7 years and lost his ability to know when he's being ugly ‍. My yard was not taken care of, my neighbor mowed it for me. It's very sad to see a place like this deteriorate all due to poor Management. I truly hope Mr. Bud is fired and someone with knowledge and customer service skills is hired. Until then...... join me and about 4 other people that moved because of Bud at Austin Ranch next door. I visited their RV Resort when they first got it ready for people to bring their RVs and stayed a few days. I was so shocked to read the reviews on them of people that have never stayed there. They rented a spot to someone that they felt like they were helping. Daryl and Karen are great Christian people. Please don't let the reviews stop you from staying in their park because one person didn't respect their rules for their park. They run a legitimate business with more than fair prices. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone!!!

We are right by the water, have electric heat & ac and a bathroom with a shower. Room has a bunk bed, twin & full size bed, TV, mini fridge, coffee maker & microwave. There's a pier here to fish off of or a park right down the road for the kids to run & play. Lots of picnic areas. This was a great little last minute get a way spot for the family. Being in a remote town it was difficult to find anything let alone transportion but i came across…read morethis company and was relieved to set up a ride to the airport. I requested my pick up early in the morning paying extra for a suv because i was bringing 10 suitcases/ boxes with me. The service charged me $200 which was fine cause it was about 45 mins away from the airport. I was however disappointed when my ride arrived in a small car and i couldn't take all of my packages with me back home. It was frustrating leaving stuff behind but at that point i had no other option cause i had to catch a flight. The driver was extremely helpful and kind but didn't have the car I requested.
