Quart of chocolate raspberry truffle ice cream

Love this location of Bruster's!!! Great staff and ownership. Would definitely recommend the chocolate raspberry truffle ice cream! Also make sure to join the rewards program.

Overall an OK ice cream experience in Vienna, VA. I grew up eating Bruster's ice cream, mostly on the shores when I take trips to Virginia Beach. This parlor is in a pretty decent location and occupies a corner in a mini shopping center. The customer service was good and so is the ice cream. There is nothing fancy about the ice cream, however, it is a good choice when you want traditional hand-dipped ice cream at a reasonable price. Give them a try.

Small Waffle Cone: Cookies and Cream with Oreo + Strawberry Swirl

This is a new spot for ice cream in Vienna! They have a large selection of premium flavors as well as fat free and non-dairy options. We went during their grand opening weekend and they were offering $3 small waffle cones. The small waffle cone comes with 2 scoops. We got one with Cookies and Cream with Oreo and Strawberry Swirl and another with Coffee Chocolate Chip and Strawberry. The scoops were surprisingly big so it is worth the price. The Strawberry Swirl was too sweet for me, but the regular Strawberry was a perfect balance! There was a crowd outside, but the line moved very fast. The staff were friendly and efficient from start to finish. They only have outdoor seating that tends to get occupied quickly. They also mentioned that they have a loyalty program to earn more rewards on their app!

As a "first time customer" I wasn't very impressed with the "strawberry ice cream, the two scoops of ice cream in a cup only had two little strawberries in it.. The staff was very friendly but unfortunately I will probably not come back..

Pistacho and scotchy pecan ice cream in a waffle bowel.

Went to Bruster's for the first time tonight and it did not disappoint. I got one scoop of pistachio and one scoop of the seasonal scotchy pecan in a waffle bowl it was delicious. No seating except was available the one table and couple of benches were occupied, so we enjoyed our ice cream at our car.

Brusters Vienna- Cherry Vanilla and Chocolate

Bruster's has some good ice cream. My favorite is the turtle sundae but today I just had cherry vanilla and chocolate scoops. In the spring and summer they can get really busy so sometimes the wait can be a little long for some. The staff is always friendly and professional and polite. There are a few tables and a bench to sit on outside but there is no indoor seating. So mostly order to go. Just a few blocks walk north of the O&D trail.

Unfortunately, the quality of the ice cream was not the best. It felt very gummy that we had to throw away the ice cream after two bites.

This place is very popular and crowded. The ice cream was just ok though and there weren't many flavors to choose from.

The flavors rotate seasonally with different combo twist flavors and there's now a Mini 6 oz option as well as the 9 oz classic option with unlimited toppings! There are interesting seasonal flavors that are fun to try: - Honey Dew & Guava Cheesecake Twist - The summer flavor and sweetness of the honey dew complemented the exotic guava cheesecake flavor. - Peach Honey Goat Cheese - My favorite summer! The unique flavor is complex with a bit sweetness and a touch of savory. You can taste all of the ingredients. - Sakura: The pink cherry spring flavor wasn't that sweet and a bit tangy. - Kyoto Taro Cheesecake: A great combo of Taro and Matcha Cheesecake twist that's not too sweet and flavorful Ube Cheesecake flavor - A bit bland with a subtle cheesecake flavor. - Watermelon Basil - Fun flavor to try and tastes like a sour watermelon jollyrancher. It pairs well with the Peach Honey Goat Cheese flavor. - Black Sesame - Grey, savory flavor with a hint of bitterness. - Cookies and Cream flavor is a bit bland. - Classic Ube & Pandan Twist: I always resort back to my favorite default sweet and coconutty flavor. The Taikayi waffle cones are delicious. As the stuffed Taikyai is quite decadent, getting it hollow without any filling is the best way to go with the ice cream. Any type of filling with the ice cream becomes overload of sweetness. The Wicked Pandan Float (from the glass cooler) was delicious with layers of green coconut Pandan cheesecake custard pudding on a bed of Oreo Crumbs drizzled with salted caramel dulche leche. All of the flavors pair well together. I wasn't a fan of the Ube Dulce Leche or the Ube Oreo Floater. The Ube custard was a bit bland and didn't like the jelly topping. Skip the floats in the cooler and head straight to order the ice cream! Sign-up with the app and you can score deals and discounts via text and get notified of new flavors and when some flavors retire. My kids and I enjoyed love coming here and sharing a fun sundae! We came here a dozen times during the summer. There's both indoor and outdoor seating.

Talk to the people that work there for orders to make sure the one you want isn't running out and to ask if it's being made fresh. The workers don't ask you anything just make the food when they finally do get around to making it. The food is good but expensive for what it is, the service is a 1/100 if that is possible. Food is 6/10 could be better, honestly go to an asian market and buy ice cream there it taste better and is cheaper. Plus you don't have to feel insulted waiting nearly an hour for an order when you're the only one in the restaurant and ordered via Kiosk. The kiosk is there for convenience to disregard customer to worker interaction making it easy to just gloss over orders until they feel a type of urgency when the restaurant floods with people. ONLY THEN will you get your order faster. Upon finding out they were talking to a manager in the back disappointed me more because a good manager would say look we have an order ticket handle this first then we can continue talking but I had to wait for their conversation to end before they even began working on my order. Do i recommend this place If you order via kiosk and don't mind waiting half an hour go for it If you like mediocre mid overhyped food go for it If you value your time and money go to an asian grocery store and buy their ice cream.

I came by and ordered dine-in. Got a double burger meal with chili cheese fries. All made fast and efficient. The front counter was also friendly as well. And the place was quite clean for a fast-food burger place. Anyway, the burger was smash-style and the chil-cheese added greatly to the fries. I'm not a big fan of shoestring fries but the chili and cheese made it quite delicious. Overall, for fast-food burgers, it was above-average quality and I would gladly come back again for the food. I have yet to try their custard but I will need to do so next time. I'm giving this 4 stars, but in reality this is closer to 4.5 stars.

I add to the burger everything and it and the meat spill over. I hate punny tiny burgers especially when overpriced. When I ask for water instead of the soft drink, they give me a normal sized cup, not a plastic clear thimble - thanks. Like the Pepsi brand cokes but wish there were more diet options. Price is competitive, but less than the "fashionista burgers." WiFi is functional and dependable. Place is clean and staff keeps it that way. Staff is friendly and patrons are having fun but courteous. Not a boring place. Place is open and with lots of windows, not a dark cave. Cheery and pleasant. Not a fan of their super-skinny fries; normal "Five Guys-like" fries should be the standard. Restaurant offers a free burger coupon to Veterans-on-Veterans Day. The quality of the messy burger, the WiFi, the bright clean atmosphere, the reasonable price, options for ice cream, Diet Pepsi, all keep me coming back and back. 1
