Brownie batter blizzard mini, so good!
    Aarti B.

Love the blizzards! So glad to see the new Mini size on the menu, which is the perfect decadent 6 oz sweet treat! It can be overwhelming to choose from so many chocolatey flavors - Brownie blizzard, Brownie Batter, Chocolate Extreme...what's the difference? Some of the special monthly flavors like the Hot Cocoa Oreo is simply vanilla and chocolate soft serve twist blended with Oreos, nothing really special. The Brownie Batter blizzard with brownie bites and brownie dough was heavenly. I wish I hadn't opted to add the Cookie Dough bites for $1 extra, which tasted stale and ended up picking them out. Service was great as the Indian lady patiently made this request. The classic Oreo blizzard is fine but nothing particularly memorable and definitely prefer the Brownie Batter blizzard! Will be returning and may venture to a new Royal blizzard with a rich fudge filling or try a chocolate dipped cone!

Not an overall bad experience however the ice cream used for my Oreo Blizzard tasted unlike the traditional Dairy Queen blend that I am used to and more like McDonald's ice cream. There was not creamy element to this Blizzard and my wife and I recognized this taste almost immediately and accurately. I'd also like to see the staff turn the Blizzard completely upside down, topsy-turvy, which is supposed to be the customary procedure for serving Blizzards to customers. Could have been an off day however I'll give them another try if I am in the area.

    Looks like an Oreo cookie

Pretty disappointing ice cream sandwiches. Not only are the cooparts smaller but there is hardly any ice cream in.

2/2/20 The woman working today was pleasant and greeted each person who entered the shop, but she had a habit of hiding in the back of the shop till someone entered the place. Maybe 30 seconds would go by before she showed up to take an order. Not the best way to run a business, but it is Dairy Queen after all. Aside from this, the place was okay. They might make the bathrooms unisex.

Buyer Beware....I ordered a 10 inch Oreo blizzard cake, not the large one. It cost $50!!! Check the prices before you pay.

Simple, efficient method of serving, although tight and cashiers & servers could help at the confusing pay counter.

Had a blizzard - some DQs don't add chocolate syrup to their M&M blizzards - they did and they mixed it well.

For years ever since I left Knoxville, I have been trying to find a solid burger and I think I found a place that I can see myself going to over and over. We came to know about Social Burger through our friends. We had take out the first time, but our second time we went to the restaurant ourselves and we were not disappointed. The portions are good and I would say the portions are always bigger when it comes to when you eat at the restaurant compared to when you're doing takeout. I've gotten the Social Burger (Signature) both times and it was great. My next visit I'll try something different, but right now the signature is my go to. I would definitely see myself coming back to Social Burger if I have a burger craving.

We started with the scallops and then had the gnocchi and pesto pasta. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, and you could really tell that it was house-made. As soon as we entered, General Manager Sam welcomed us like old friends. After we were seated, my wife asked if he had previously worked at The Dabney, and sure enough, that's where we recognized him from. It was great catching up as he shared what he'd been doing since then and how his dream had always been to open his own restaurant. Seeing that dream come to life made the evening feel even more special. The restaurant was busy (definitely make reservations), but we were able to enjoy cocktails while we waited for our table. My Grey Goose martini with bleu cheese olives was phenomenal and set the tone for the rest of the meal. We started with the Bison Tartare and the Ceviche. The bison tartare was leaner than traditional beef tartare, and the crispy chips added the perfect savory crunch. The ceviche was incredibly fresh and bright. For our entrées, I had the ribeye while my wife ordered the Dory. The ribeye was cooked perfectly--juicy, tender, and packed with flavor. My wife couldn't stop talking about how buttery and delicious the fish was. To finish the evening, we ordered the 100-Year Port Flight featuring 10-, 20-, 30-, and 40-year ports. Vertical tastings are such a fun way to experience how a wine evolves over time. The 40-year was absolutely outstanding, and the 20-year was another favorite. The 10-year was enjoyable but still showed its youthful character compared to the older vintages. The atmosphere strikes a nice balance between upscale and relaxed. The main dining room can feel a little tight when the restaurant is full, while the bar area has a few TVs for anyone wanting to catch a game. One thoughtful touch that stood out was the women's restroom being stocked with amenities like hair ties and hair clips. We noticed they also offer a tasting menu, and after this experience, that's already on our list for our next visit. Between the outstanding hospitality, exceptional food, excellent cocktails, and welcoming atmosphere, Evelyn Rose absolutely earned five stars.

Brian was an excellent server, making sure we had everything we need, handled several requests with promptness and professionalism, and had our bread pudding dessert decorated with "Happy Birthday" for my friend. First time: I had the lobster roll which came heaped with lobster chunks. I had to eat the lobster for a while before I could pick it up or risk the lobster falling out - so nice not to be hungry after getting a lobster roll! It came with a generous serving shoestring fries - really good and grilled corn on the cob. We had Aracely and Delilaha, two friendly and wonderful waitstaff, one of whom was being trained and the other had been there for years. My friend told them that it was my birthday, and they came out later with a scoop of vanilla ice cream with happy birthday written in chocolate and a candle in whipped cream. I was also impressed how even a straw wrapper sitting on the table was scooped up by someone coming by. The tall ceilings gave the restaurant an open, airy atmosphere. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the asparagus. I wish there had been an option to sub it for another side.
