Since ai had no call back to remedy this I filed a grievance with my credit card conpany and after a week or so was denied any resolution by the merchant. Seems like Alan at Cold Stone really doesn't care whether you're a loyal customer or if you tipped or whatever. Silence is deafening. Lost a customer. Guess Ill just go to Bruster's REAL Ice Cream instead. I suggest others do the same. They actually appreciate their customers and love what they do and they do it well.
