Decent froyo place. I came here Saturday evening. It wasn't too busy since it was cold outside. The store is clean. There are tables to sit. It's nice they have different cup size and price. For ice cream, not sure why they have 3 vanilla, and only 1 sorbet flavor (orange, which is not the best sorbet flavor I have compared to other froyo place). Introduced our kids to a build your own sundae at Yolickity and they cannot get enough of the fixings, literally. My daughter will fill it up to the rim and it weighs more than her dad's. Selections are good and plentiful. They have cones too and dividers for the cups in case you don't want things to mix. They have seating indoors and outside. Pretty clean and quick check out. I only gave 4 stars because it gets pricey since it's by the pound. They do have a point system to earn something free or discounted and will text when they have promos for the day. read more

Checked out this Yolickity location to take advantage of their 20% off check in offer! They have a wonderful rewards program and the location is bright and clean. They have outdoor seating which we took advantage of during these Covid times, after grabbing our froyo and paying. I will say, I was pretty nervous getting froyo with so many different touch points. This location has problem solved by adding a HUGE sanitizing station and required plastic gloving for all patrons. Thank you for doing it right! I grabbed some salted caramel froyo, strawberries, graham crackers, cheesecake bites, and cookie dough! My treat was absolutely delicious and the staff was super friendly. Pretty good late night get away! Which is what my daughter wanted to stop working on her presentation for a break! Of course it was 39 degrees outside! But that wasn't stopping us! First off I would like to complain about the hours of this place. On the website they are constantly changing and I can never find a good time to go because I have no idea if there open or not. For example today (Jan/29) the website said that it opened at 2pm and I was in the area so I drive by it around 1:40. I see that the open sign is on so i went it. Only then did I fully realize why they were open early. I walked in there is a table full of girls and the one worker sitting down with them. It was very uncomfortable and they were all being very loud. I did not have a very good experience overall and they never stay true to there hours I do not suggest coming here and I will not be anymore. read more

I like that you can take the entire family here and everyone can get what they want, I get my sorbet with fresh fruit, my husband gets his custard with millions of nuts and my daughter gets her ice cream. Yolickity has become our go to spot for an after dinner treat. Featuring well over a dozen assorted flavors of frozen yogurt, custard and hard ice cream, patrons choose from many different toppings, to build a sundae dream. My go to sundae is peanut butter yogurt, M&Ms, chopped up Snicker bars, peanut butter and hot fudge. My husband often gets birthday cake yogurt topped with strawberries, raspberries, cookie dough or cheesecake bits, nuts and whipped cream. If it sounds decadent, that's because it really, really is. There are so many other topping to choose from, many even on the healthy side. As for cost, compared to the local popular custard place, Yolickity is a bargain. And it's made even better by the reusable 20% off check in coupon found here on Yelp. There is a customer rewards program as well that can make Yolickity even more affordable. Tonight it was buy one, get one free, so our total bill this evening for two fairly large sundaes was just over $6. The servers are all older teenagers who are polite and helpful. Well done, Yolickity, on your hiring choices. There are tables inside and tables and benches outside. You can even watch a bit of a sunset while you enjoy your frozen goodness. I've always loved Yolickity, but I never really had a favorite location... till now! My wife has some dietary restrictions, so as soon as we entered she asked if they have nutritional information. I expected them to have it but not willing to offer it as quickly as they did. I believe the man who helped us was the manager or owner, but he was super kind and helpful to my wife and she loved it! They do have the info online but he didn't even mention it, trying to get smart. instead he simple said just ask for that info when come in. He even helped her pick through the flavors that fit her! Just went in . Not one person in or out wearing masks and young girl behind the counter is not enforcing mask wearing at all. Kids are running around without masks, parents are just picking and grabbing cups and breathing all over the dividers, cups and soft serve with no masks. 25 people (including kids) in 30 min and not one single person was asked to wear a mask . Empty water cups on the table. I can't go back there until they get it together. It's not fair for the customers who truly appreciate this dessert to have to deal with non complaint customers or employers who don't enforce a simple request. They were even smart enough to locate next door to a Starbucks so that Mommy and Daddy can get their iced latte while the little one(s) enjoy the faux-ice cream. Yogurt is obviously more nutritious than any ice cream and Yolickity offers up to eight different flavors on what seems to be a rotating basis. Cookies-n-Cream, Chocolate Cake, Pink Lemonade and others - all can be had. With a full self-serve bar of assorted toppings the combinations are endless to please your palette and your sweet tooth. Did I mention that they even have fresh fruit at the toppings bar? If you're careful, you can create for yourself quite a tasty and nutritious treat that rivals anything else you could concoct on your own or at the local ice cream stand. Seating inside is a tad cramped but in the warmer months the outdoor patio is perfect. I shudder to think of how hard the employees work in the summer months when the raving children come a-calling. Did I mention the traffic? The place is always busy. I mean it - always busy. They have clearly found a niche that is in demand and growing in popularity. They have an ideal location, a tasty product that pleases child/parent, and it is both nutritious and reasonably priced (if you can keep the kids away from all the sugary toppings and more on the fruit). My daughter and her friends enjoy the place enough that we visit there at least twice a month, if not more. I'm not one for frozen treats myself, but I enjoy going there to spend time with my little one and I love the smile on her face when she puts that first spoonful into her hungry little mouth. The owners of Yolickity have obviously done their research, planned properly, and filled a demand in the local market. Recently, they have begun their own rewards program, an email list (which will hopefully include coupons), and various marketing campaigns. Clearly, the owners of Yolickity have good heads for business as well as a novel and successful idea. And to make a run at a new, small business? In this economy? Sheer bravery. If I had the capital or the credit, I would seriously consider buying a Yolickity franchise myself. That's how impressed I am with both their business model and their product. I love this frozen yogurt place, but I must say. The young girl you had working today 4/18/22 named Hannah was nasty, disrespectful & had a major attitude problem. I went to check out & it took her a good 60-90 seconds to come to the register behind the curtain. I gently said "hello" she came out with a scowl on her face. I asked if I could have a small cup for my hot fudge & she seemed rather annoyed by that. She rudely told me my price & I handed her my card (not noticing the chip reader to my left) she pointed to it & said nothing. Then forcefully slammed my spoon into my dish which I abruptly took out because I told her I wanted a lid, she was irritated by that. After that was finished she went back behind the curtain, no thank you, have a nice night, nothing. When she came back out she said "you're done" I said I'm aware, so I get a receipt!? She handed it to me, again annoyed. I ended up asking her if she was having a bad night or something because her attitude was out of control. Her response was "actually yes I am" I said "well I hope it gets better & tomorrow is better but no need to treat me like shit. " I was absolutely embarrassed for her by the way she was acting & treating customers & I truly hope she didn't treat everyone like that. read more

Best frozen yogurt in the 585. Worth every minute of the drive out from the city. Yeah, its out in suburbia and in a strip mall, but it's so amazing. The quality of the frozen yogurt is so much smoother than anywhere else I've been around here, bar none. Haven't had much better frozen yogurt elsewhere either. The toppings are great and their rewards program is even better... I frequently get texts for a free 3 ounces of frozen yogurt which is awesome. The real highlight is the health benefits they list... sorry to burst anyone's bubble but I'm pretty sure that frozen yogurt does not unclog arteries. I love this place because it's ALWAYS clean, they change up their flavors every few months and the toppings are ALWAYS full! We've never really had a bad experience here, however there are a lot of teenagers working later at night that get quite sassy if you walk in anywhere within an hour before closing. We got our yogurt and were sitting down eating while the girl who was closing mopped and huffed and puffed around our table, when a group of young men walked in. They seemed to know the girl working, and she let them STICK THEIR HANDS into the topping bar and grab handfuls of candy! They also wanted to put their mouths directly under the yogurt machine!
