Graham Central Station! By far my favorite flavor and I love how generous Brusters' is with the mix-ins. Plenty of chocolate chunks and pieces of sweet graham cracker cookie goodness. I got a Small scoop which comes with two flavors so I also opted for their Coffee Chocolate Chip. Kids 40" and under can also get a free baby scoop which was great if you have little ones. You order and pay at the counter and there is no indoor seating available, but there is a beautiful small outdoor patio next to the water fountain. Service was friendly and parking is ample. Wow! Went here on a recommendation from my 10 year old nephew and he wasn't wrong! This place is absolutely delicious! They have tons of options from ice cream cups, cones, shakes, ices, and more. My kids went with the cotton candy explosion and the peanut butter chocolate with Butterfinger. Both were amazing! The cotton candy explosion isn't joking...it has nerds or pop rocks or something in it to make it explode. My son was enjoying it so much! Finally got to try Bruster's! I'd been wanting to go to the Fullerton one but we happened to be near this one. Banana nut bread and the southern banana pudding were so good. It didn't feel like there was much of the mix ins/nuts. Mostly just ice cream but they were good. We also tried the death by chocolate and birthday cake. Both really flavorful as well. I'm taking a star off since there was some confusion about the kids cones. I asked about the baby cone and the staff member said it was free if the kid is shorter than the counter. Or you could buy the kids cone for half price. I paid for the half price cone for two kids but was given two baby cones. We asked why but the person making the order was not the same as who took our order. We just let it go but it was annoying. The first couple times I went, I had some pretty mediocre flavors, but most recently- I got their seasonal flavor (berry cheesecake) and it was amazing! I absolutely loved it. I really love the thoughtful and innovative drip catcher that comes with the waffle cones, as it helped me to savor every bite of my ice cream - and trust me, you won't want to lose any considering how yummy it is! Of the many flavors we tried from their extensive menu, I fell in love with both the banana nut bread, as well as the southern banana pudding. The former has a nuttier taste with hints of caramel, whereas the latter literally tastes like you're eating a bowl of banana pudding with vanilla wafers. Highly recommend the toffee bar, blueberry cobbler and graham central station as well - but you really can't go wrong with anything here! They are currently in their soft opening phase, but everything is already running as smoothly as their ice cream! The staff is well-trained, eager, friendly and polite. The owner Nada is one of the sweetest and most genuine people I've ever met and I love how her entire family is involved in the day to day operations. Prices are reasonable and they have so many different options here, including dairy-free options, sundaes, milkshakes, cakes, cookies and so much more! From the vanilla to the cheesecake to oreo to apple caramel crunch. Some flavors have chunks in them. Very generous portions. Delicious cones too. They have cups and banana splits and other stuff too that I haven't tried yet. We love to measure my kid's height to see if they qualify for the free baby cone. They will give any kid under 40 inches a free baby ice cream cone. We get vanilla with sprinkles. So cute.
