I discovered this location when I decided I needed to take a break from the Brea store. No regrets, its a good choice. The employees are always so friendly. Similar to the garden walk YL, they care about the customers and their job. They have solid patrol on their toppings bar, keeping it spotless and full. Machines are usually working, taste and consistency are present. An interesting fact, they are one of only two or three locations that ALWAYS make sure to ask each customer if they are a YL reward member. In addition, if points are available, they check to see if you wish to use them... I could be crazy, but I feel like new flavors pop up here sooner than other locations. Was craving some Yogurtland after a million years (yeah, probably haven't been to one in over 5 years) but they haven't really changed - always keeping it "chill" with their classic yogurt flavors and bringing in new ones. This location is no different and they have good staff here. The yogurt prices per ounce has really gone up though! I think it used to be like 30-35 cents not too long ago...but at this last visit, it was about 47 cents an ounce. Now...you may think, "what's the big deal?" Well...it will definitely add up! I got my usual with a few flavor yogurts and a sprinkle of fresh fruits, like a piece of strawberry, 2 blueberries, 2 pieces of kiwi, and 1 pc of blackberry...and that came out to almost $7! Like whaaat? I know...it's just the times...food is pricier everywhere, but still...just something to consider if you're planning on getting YL. The quality is definitely still there and you'll enjoy your frozen treat! As for seating, there's like two small tables that can really only seat 2 persons each, so expect to just take your treat to go. And I don't know if it's just this location, but I feel like the customers here seem snobby to me...and we're not even in South County...like, come on (LOL!). But maaan, there was one that seemed to be that way...very offputting! But anyway, besides the upped pricing, lack of seating, and questionable patrons, worth a trip to come here. First time at this location, I love it it's close to my bank and in Yorba linda I love this area! Had to try it my fellow Yelp friends keep telling me how much nicer this location is compared to Brea. They were right, got the pac man cup which baby girl is really happy about! There is outside seating with umbrellas which is wonderful. The breeze coming through is absolutely beautiful too! The girl who took our order was super friendly and sweet too. Yogurtland is located in the Valley View Shopping Center right off of Yorba Linda Blvd. it's easy to locate. Parking has been a bit more of a challenge since the mini Target opened here. The store is bright and sleek with its mostly white interior. The process is completely self-serve, from dispensing the yogurt to adding the toppings. There's also a self-serve water dispenser. The flavors rotate regularly and seasonal flavors are always a fun option. The yogurt machines and toppings bar are well maintained by the employees, keeping everything filled and spills cleaned up. The staff does greet customers upon arriving, but most of the customer-employee interaction occurs at the register. This is fine, however, since they're not directly serving customers, I am put off by the tip jar and actually asking for a tip when making a credit card transaction. Service needs a major improvement. I went on a Saturday and had a five dollar rewards point, I asked her to apply to my purchase. However, when she printed the receipt the $5 was not applied, so I went back in to let them know and she didn't know how to fix it. So a supposedly supervisor couldn't figure it out either, and she told me that she reimbursed me the full amount for the inconvenience, which they didn't have to do, but I was grateful for that, and I thank them. I love Yogurtland, with that being said, I have been to some locations that have been sketch and not the cleanest, but this location is super clean and organized. I have to say that the yogurt can sometimes be a bit too soft served but maybe it's the time I go? The condiment bar is always stocked and clean. I love this location, it's always very clean. As soon as I walk in I immediately get greeted by the employees! The atmosphere is very welcoming and just puts a smile on everyone's face! We are long time customers but today I'm a little annoyed. We live close enough to bike / walk / scooter here. Usually we do and get some water when we arrive. Today we were told they no longer offer cups of water. Very disappointing. When we're on our scooters it's hard to bring water with us. Even if you sold water that would be great. The kids wanted some fresh water with their ice cream and now we just decided to head home to get some. Hopefully this is a policy you'll reverse or maybe consider stocking some bottle water in the future. read more

5 stars for the cashier. She was pleasant. No stars for the dude helping. Arrived 22 minutes before closing. Got a few cups for yogurt. The guy working tonight just couldn't wait for us to pick our yogurt. Reached right in to pull nozzles off the machines, pushed them back, grabbed the drip trays as we were using the yogurt dispensers. It was if we were wrong for coming 20 minutes before close. Just sat there watching him. Dude almost was reaching around me to grab the machine parts to wash because he wanted to go home on time. I get it, working service sucks, but so does being rude to your customers. This is our goto spot also. If I'm paying $20 for 3.5 cups of yogurt, don't be rude. First off let me start by saying that I have never in my 32 years I have never felt so disrespected in my life and to top it off it was in front of my children. The general manager, Ruby, was Beyond rude and it is 100% because of her I will never ever walk into that Yogurtland again and I will also make sure that nobody that I know will as well. This is the first time I have ever taken time to write a negative review about a business or anyone for that matter but this was necessary. She does not deserve to have a job or to have a title as a general manager. The bomb! We got three large cups (bowls, really) filled to the top. Two cups had a lot of toppings plus chocolate fudge on top. The total for all three came to $14 bucks. Not too shabby. The restaurant was clean (the tables, chairs, floor). The service was friendly. There was a steady flow of people coming in and out and the gal behind the counter made sure to say hi to everyone. I only have two complaints: 1.) The yogurt stations weren't clean. There was melting yogurt on the catch tray so I couldn't set my cup down to pour. And 2.) They were out of chocolate. I got half peanut butter and half Reece's peanut butter cup. No toppings. It was seriously so good. I want more. Not a perfect experience but I'll definitely be back! read more

Very disappointed more than twice now. We need to find another Yogurt place close by with options. Their app hasn't worked for sometime. Tonight they were closing up while four of us walked in to make purchases. They were out of sugar free and no dairy and some items that were on the menu. We walked 3 miles and planned ahead. I explained we looked at the menu online and she said we should have called. She says "I think" we will be out of items for a week.
