Cutie Surprises carried many types of blind boxes, clothing and accessories for Labubu, and chairs, motorscooters, and acrylic cases for these trending toys. We made multiple trips and still ended up with a broken toy. It's hard to understand why a business would choose to lose a customer over a $22 item. What should have been a simple customer service issue turned into a frustrating ordeal. Very disappointing.

We didn't feel rushed when looking around and the owner gladly assisted in getting us the items we wanted.

Just know this shop is doing this as I'm sure I will have no recourse as they say no returns everywhere in the shop.
