Lack of information, sloppy throwing merchandise and just lackluster in approach. It's obvious Juan is having to juggle multiple people. Was informative of the deals however isn't too familiar with the deals themself. There were a few people who went to purchase that had the wrong prices as shown on their boxes as well as hiding hidden charges without going over what they are until caught. 2 stars since I did hear Juan explaining each card deal and promo.
