Called on Thursday morning on 1/15 for an update, no service advisor available, message left with nice lady who answered the phone and someone would call me back. No call back. Called again on Monday morning 1/19 and again, no advisor available, message left and someone will call me back. Again, no call back. Called Tuesday morning 1/20, no one available and someone will call me back. Did get a call back and was advised that they just found out from my warranty company that the part is not covered. Asked when was the claim filed, last week I was told when the truck was looked at and the warranty company just got back to them today. I asked why not call me when you found out, busy was the response. Got off the phone with the warranty company and could not call the client right away to let me know. I called the warranty company and tracked the claim on line, the claim was not filed until today, 1/20 and response was almost immediate according to warranty company agent. So, no keeping the client up to date with what was going on, no returning calls and giving misguided information to when the claim was filed. Have my truck for almost 2 weeks with nothing being done to it. Their Customer Service needs some major help. Treat people the way you want to be treated when you are having something serviced. Be respectful of people.

I called up to Chevy wasilla for an appointment for Feb 28th and was quoted 200$+ for a diagnosis, I did a code reader check and they didn't let me know that the turbo was in need of repair. I now have to on top of paying 31K to them am going to have to possibly replace my turbo or oil pressure pump . I am taking my truck I bought from them at Chevy Wasilla elsewhere, seeing as it is out of warranty and only two months after my purchase I'm having my engine shit down on me. I do recommend if you buy from this dealership you get a better experience with maintenance.

After doing a ton of research on prices, capabilities and such, we decided to head out to Bubba's to check them out. Their prices were great with what you get and from what I could tell, we got more for our money, going with them. We went out there planning on buying a specific trailer and then after seeing them, checking out all the bells and whistles, we actually went with a different model. Very casual, no pressure or haggling. What you see is what you get and we like that. We worked with Alex who is their mechanic, so he was able to answer all of our questions, along with pointing out some things we hadn't thought of. We received a military discount, which is always greatly appreciated! I highly recommend them for anyone in need of a workhorse of a trailer!!
