When I looked at the website, they have appointments as early as 8/21 open. When I asked to speak with the supervisor/office manager, she had me on hold for 7 mins. , come back on the line to tell me the person is busy with another call. 40 mins after, I called again and asked for a supervisor/office manager. I was put back on hold for another 2 minutes. When they came back, i was told the supervisor/office manager is in a meeting and to expect a wall within 24 to 48 hours. Update: so finally got a call from a Jade, a manager. Long story short, justified, excused and was ruder the rep.

Everytime I find that person they seem to vanish, but I have hope Dr Langford will stick around. She checks everything, hair toes, areas where the sun doesn't shine. She also recommended sun block they don't even sell and gave a print out of the two she prefers and explained why, so it wasn't like she was just pushing a brand that pays them out. She zapped some spots on my face that were bugging me and explained it may need to be repeated, which the last person I saw failed to explain. It was 100 dollars at her office, and if they come back you can come back to get them rezapped without an additional fee. This time around the one that I had done before is so much smoother after healing than when I got it done elsewhere. I will recommend her to anyone who asks for a provider who is thorough and actually cares.

I've had places removed before, I am very fair skinned, and I have a good amount of freckles/moles and I do tan outside sometimes. The past doctors who make you wait over an hour to be seen, then they look at you for five seconds and say eh you're good see you next year.. they never checked my hair, hands, toes, or even behind my bra or underwear! My sister in law had melanoma, small freckle on her behind, doesn't even see the sun, and she had to be put under to remove it all, now she has a massive 6 inch long scar on her behind, which I DON'T WANT!! These other doctors were such a joke. But Dr. Langford, WOW finally a winner and enjoys people that pay for her service. She is delightful, kind, takes her time, and is very helpful. She examined every inch nook and crevice of my body. I felt so comfortable and left knowing I didn't have any carcinoma or cancer. Dr. Ahrendes was kind as usual, and thoroughly checked me out, finding a few more spots that I never noticed. She was informative when she spoke to me and let me know what to expect and when to recheck. Not my first visit with her and won't be my last either. I haven't met my deductible yet, which means I was bracing myself for the bill. So, I had to pay out of pocket for services rendered. I paid my co-pay, and then only $53 for freezing off any concerning spots. That was way less than I thought the bill would be. This place is fast, friendly, and fairly priced. Unfortunately, after he moved out of state, I was transitioned to Dr. Carmel Moazez, and the quality of care completely changed. To make matters worse, the wait times and scheduling are unacceptable. It takes months just to get an echocardiogram (heart ultrasound) scheduled, and if the office cancels on you--which they did to me--you are pushed to the back of the line and have to wait about another two months just to get rescheduled. When you do finally get an appointment, Dr. Carmel Moazez is extremely pushy when it comes to prescribing pharmaceuticals. She relies heavily on standard medication algorithms rather than looking at the individual patient in front of her. Despite bringing in advanced cardiovascular imaging showing absolutely zero plaque (a CTA score of 0) and sharing my evidence-based lifestyle and neutraceutical protocols, she was dismissive and aggressively pushed a statin and blood pressure medications. If you want a traditional 'pill-for-every-ill' doctor, she might be a fit. But if you are an educated patient looking for a collaborative physician who respects your boundaries, looks at root causes, and supports integrative medicine, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. I will not be returning.
