I had my sewer line clogged on Saturday(12/14) night. I called Brian on Sunday in the very morning. He attended my call and said he is somewhere but he will be there by 9 or so. He did come and cleaned my sewer clog. He charged me $45 for sewer line since it is the main line. Not only he cleaned the line and put the camera in the line and showed us the problem my sewer line has. I did not pay him to locate where the problem is on the sewer line hence he did not tell me where the problem is. He says, for other clogs he charges $35 as advertised. Overall all for the work he has done, I am satisfied. He is very simple man and friendly. I recommend him for the types of job I have got it done. read more

We had trouble with our main line today and texted Brian. He got back to us quickly but was working in another area today. He recommended another plumber and Brian even called back to check if the plumber had gotten back to us. We were shocked that he would take the time to check if we had been contacted by the other plumber! I had a landscape drain that was completely jammed up with mud and roots. No other plumber was willing to give it a look other than Bryan. He is just a real nice guy that will do everything and anything to take down a clog. He quoted me $45 to snake the drain and warned me that it likely would be an impossible task to unclog it. You would think that for $45 he would give it a half-ass effort and call it a day. Well after 3 hours of cranking away, taking a sledgehammer to the cement to get better access, and removing a large chunk of completely clogged drain....cost = $45. I told him this was way too little since he spent so much time on it. So he said $60. Well I gave him $90 which I still didn't think was enough for his 3 hrs of labor but he seems more than happy with the $30 extra. Unfortunately he was right and the drain was beyond hope. He referred me to his friend who eventually had to cut up the cement and replace the entire drain. I would 1000% call Bryan again for any drain issues. A straight up stand up guy! Wow, this guy is great! I called Bryan to come work on my parents toilet which was leaking and we needed it quick as our baby shower is here tomorrow. On the phone he told me what the problem most likely was and asked questions so he could get an accurate estimate on what work would need to be done and how much it would cost, which I appreciate greatly. He got here in less than 15 minutes (although don't expect this to be the case all the time as I'm sure he is very popular) and got to work. He drained the toilet, pulled it out and replaced the seal. Placed the toilet back, tested it out, worked great no leaks. All done within 20 minutes, then he even helped fix the second toilet's problem of rocking back and forth for free.
