We have an old house built in 1954 with the original pipes. I won't call a plumber unless I can't fix the problem; I'm stubborn and I can't afford to spend the money. I snaked 3 lines from the roof, the washer, and the clean out behind the kitchen sink, and the line wouldn't clear; my auger was 20'. We read so many positive reviews about Brian, that I gave him a call early in the morning. He seemed very nice over the phone, and he fit us in his schedule and arrived within 2 hours. He worked on that kitchen clean out and it wasn't clearing; it was severely blocked. After over 30 minutes He got the sink to clear; but after testing the washer, it was still backing up into the sink. So he ran through everything again thoroughly and cleared it all out. Being well over an hour, I figured he wasn't making money, but he didn't charge me any more. So I had him clear out another sluggish bathroom line which I hadn't got to yet. I called Bryan and another plumber on the same day, hoping to get a plumber sooner than later. (We are having guest arrive today) Bryan stated that he could squeeze me in by 3pm. I was very impressed with Bryan's professionalism and honesty. We had a situation on Labor Day where the gunk from the sewer was coming up in both of our showers. We called Bryan and he came and looked at the problem and determined that it was roots from the trees around the house. Now this is where he gained major points. There have been many plumbers through my home, but, none as quick, clean and courteous as Bryan. I had a clogged sewer drain and the regular guy I called screened his calls on the weekends. I found Bryan through Yelp! He picked up the call right away and was here with in an hour. I texted Bryan to come out because I was told by another company that I had a main line problem. Bryan came out, couldn't find a clean out, called a couple of buddies to see what they thought about the situation. Neither could come out so Bryan got on the roof, shoved his line with a camera on the end to see if he could push whatever was in the way. He was able to in a sec!!! I had a sewer back up problem, found Bryan on yelp and just as his reviews state, within a short time he was there to fix the problem. However, the problem turned out to be with the City's sewer system and Bryan spoke with the Department of Public Works who got right on it and had it fixed within a few hours. Bryan saved us by coming out late on a Saturday afternoon before Easter! He arrived within the hour he said. Clog was so bad he had to go on the roof and use the vent pipe to clear the drain.
