Bryan just came and unclogged my mainline sewer pipe. Bless his heart, he tried to get to it through the cleanout, then the roof vent, and after showing me the problem (cleanout was installed wrong and rooter couldn't access the clog), he removed the toilet and viola, all fixed. First time I didn't feel like I got ripped off or bullshitted. Brian was friendly and professional. He came the same day we called and considering we only have 1 bathroom, it was definitely appreciated that he was able to fix it so quickly. His prices is more than fair. As all other reviewers have said, Bryan is very friendly, quick, and gets the job done for much less. My kitchen drain got clogged up (by oil apparently) and is on the same drain line as the laundry machine. Kitchen backed up, laundry machine was spitting water out the drain line... it was not a pretty sight. I was being handy and bought a hand auger to feed the side cleanout to try to clean it myself. The auger was not long enough for this task so it was pointless. Bryan got it cleaned in less than 20 minutes with his machine after some diagnosing. and Yes it was only $35 and comes with a 30-day warranty. If you shop around, you probably wont get to prices cheaper than this. Could not be happier. Bryan was able to come right away after we discovered that our toilet wouldn't drain, and we had black water backing up into in our tub. When he removed the toilet, he realized it was going to be more complex than just cleaning the drain, so he referred us to a plumbing company to take care of the bigger issue. He changed the wax seal on our toilet, which was desperately needed, and made sure it was installed correctly so it didn't rock back and forth (which it had done since we moved here). I clogged my garbage disposal by putting in a bunch of vegetable scrapings and the water would not drain. I tried calling a 24 hour service plumber, but I wasn't about to fork out $125!
