First time I didn't feel like I got ripped off or bullshitted. Brian was friendly and professional. He came the same day we called and considering we only have 1 bathroom, it was definitely appreciated that he was able to fix it so quickly. His prices is more than fair. I've had another plumber charge me way more for doing the same job and def felt like I got ripped off with that guy b/c we called saying we had a flyer with a deal that they told us we were able to use. Bryan just came and unclogged my mainline sewer pipe. Bless his heart, he tried to get to it through the cleanout, then the roof vent, and after showing me the problem (cleanout was installed wrong and rooter couldn't access the clog), he removed the toilet and viola, all fixed. I clogged my garbage disposal by putting in a bunch of vegetable scrapings and the water would not drain. I tried calling a 24 hour service plumber, but I wasn't about to fork out $125! I YouTubed how to clear the pipes and I was able to, but the problem was deeper than I thought. I found Bryan on yelp and upon reading the reviews I had to try him out. I called him and even though he was extremely busy he made time in his day to come help me. Unfortunately, we had to schedule for the next day because he was booked all day, but suddenly that evening I received a call from Bryan and he asked me if he could swing by around 8pm to fix the clog even though it was past his operating hours. He brought in a drain snake to unclog the pipes and in 20 minutes he fixed the clog! It was fast, clean, and friendly service. If you have a small plumbing problem Bryan Hull is the man to call. Bryan was able to come right away after we discovered that our toilet wouldn't drain, and we had black water backing up into in our tub. When he removed the toilet, he realized it was going to be more complex than just cleaning the drain, so he referred us to a plumbing company to take care of the bigger issue. He changed the wax seal on our toilet, which was desperately needed, and made sure it was installed correctly so it didn't rock back and forth (which it had done since we moved here). Bryan stayed while the other company showed up, and communicated everything that was going on. He was extremely friendly and professional, and our dog was fond of him :). It was the 4th of July and Bryan was working today which is already impressive. I found his company on Yelp with all great reviews and he lives very close. This is another 5 star review! Bryan came out because in our house rental we felt our shower drained a little slowly. He came over within minutes of my call and was very nice and laid back. Just a nice guy, not in a fake, customer service kind of way either. He first ran water as bath and shower and explained due to the home's high water pressure the water is going to outpace the drain by default. He thought the water was draining normally given the small pipes etc. That being said he still snaked the drain and didn't find anything. It wasn't a critical issue for us anyway we just wanted to be sure since we just moved in. He said not to pay him since the service wasn't needed in the first place and because he lives so close it wasn't a hassle to swing by. He was working all day anyway. Probably the nicest, most generous and honest business owner I've run across.
