I ordered flowers for a dear friend who just had surgery. I wanted them to be delivered the same day. They called me to verify the order and notified me when the flowers were delivered. The flowers are beautiful, even after a week. I would definitely recommend them.

Does this resemble ANYTHING like the photo? No. I understand substitutions need to be made but this is so far off base.

I originally wrote a review for Bryan's and it was removed. My original review simply stated, "Worst florist EVER. I have gotten items from here repeatedly through 1-800-Flowers and Teleflora. Every single time they are awful." I stand by this statement. I have ordered three different arrangements between 1-800-FLOWERS, Teleflora, and FTD. For whatever reason, despite my requests, they are always fulfilled through Bryan's. My original review was taken down since it "fell outside [the] Content Guidelines because it did not provide enough detail about your customer experience." I believe it was Bryan's who flagged this review since it was negative. To fulfill the Content Guidelines, I will provide additional details. The first order (December 2011, 1-800-FLOWERS) I placed was to be for a large bouquet of tulips with candy canes (for the holiday season). What was delivered was four wilted white tulips in a blue vase with four dollar-store candy canes TAPED to green floral spikes. Second order (June 2012, Teleflora) was for a beachy bouquet for my mother's birthday. What I requested had wild-flowers and a rustic style vase -- all in whites, blues, and silver colors. What was delivered was pink and yellow flowers in a mirrored vase with green ribbon. Now I understand, based on season and availability, the need to substitute flowers but what was delivered had absolutely no resemblance to even the basic description of what was ordered. Third and final order (December 2015, FTD) was placed with 1-800-FLOWERS because Elegant Flowers by Ms. Brenda (my preferred florist in the area) was booked for the rest of the season. I specifically spoke to 1-800-FLOWERS and requested to NOT have Bryan's Florist fulfill this request. Wouldn't you know, Bryan's came to ruin the holidays (again) after delivering a puny bouquet which looked like they at least understood the holiday theme but couldn't quite grasp the concept of putting together something that looked presentable. I paid for an upgraded bouquet which should have had at least 6 lilies and 6 roses but what was delivered was 3 of each with chintzy looking filler. Here are photos to prove my second and third orders: Second Order: http://imgur.com/spikCgB Third Order: http://imgur.com/lEz0sSO After the second order, I called Bryan's Florist outright to see if we could resolve the issue. I was lectured on the phone for approximately 5 minutes on how Teleflora doesn't provide the florist with enough money to cover what is being ordered and I, as the customer, need to accept what I was given. After this, I vowed to never use one of the services again since it seems as though Bryan's is the only florist in the area fulfilling orders. Unfortunately, since my normal florist, the AMAZING Elegant Flowers by Ms. Brenda - seriously, call her and she's amazing, was booked up, I had to resort to FTD to make sure there was a holiday flowers delivered to my mother. Needless to say, the flowers that get delivered from Bryan's, while I don't order them directly but are being fulfilled through Bryan's, are a travesty. They make me embarrassed that I decided to send flowers at all.

I was a bit nervous ordering online as someone not local since I've been burned before, but this was truly FANTASTIC from start to finish. They had a great selection to choose from, and the bouquet I ordered--the Botanical Beauty Bouquet (Premium), looked exactly like the photo when it was delivered. That alone was impressive. What really set them apart, though, was their thoughtfulness. They asked for the recipient's phone number so they could confirm she would be home to receive the flowers, especially with the storms today. This is such a smart and customer‑focused policy. Far too many times, flowers are left on a porch in extreme heat or cold, which completely defeats the purpose. Debbie's Designs clearly cares about ensuring the recipient gets a beautiful, fresh arrangement in perfect condition. Bravo to the team! I don't live in the Crown Point area, but I will absolutely order from them again anytime I need to send flowers there.

I live out-of-state and didn't go with 1-800-Flowers because you never know what florist they will choose. Debbie's has great Yelp reviews so I picked an arrangement right off their website site. I placed the order on Monday (Memorial Day) and since it was a holiday, so even though they offer next day delivery, I requested Wednesday delivery so I wouldn't get stuck with the leftovers. They made a delivery. That's the only positive thing I have to say. I asked my sister to send me a picture of what she received. Frankly, I'm embarrassed. And livid. Before the $17 delivery fee to go to Lowell or the $5 web fees and taxes, I paid $60 for the flowers and vase. What she got was greenery with a couple carnations, a white rose that had seen better days, and some sad-looking droopy lavender flowers in a dollar store vase. What if I had not done the $10 upgrade? Would she have gotten just some greens? Keep in mind, people take pictures of the "good" side of arrangements. So how bad is the back side? I should have asked one of her neighbor kids to get a $10 bouquet from Stracks and paid him the $17 to deliver it. I tried to call Debbie's directly at 4pm eastern time and got the vacation message that they would be back on the 27th, which was today so they can't even make sure their voicemail messages are accurate. What a joke! Maybe they do a better job when you are picking up an order and they have to see your face. I'd give no star if Yelp allowed it.

    ORIA's FLOWERS - Worth $100? Don't think so.

Whoever answers the phone is rude and just repeats himself as if that's going to make anything better. After not receiving the flowers I PAID for. I definitely will and I'll make sure the BBB knows about your deceptive business practices as well. Don't offer expedited delivery if you can't fulfill even simple orders.

Flowers were scheduled to deliver Monday, now it's Wednesday and the flowers still haven't arrived. When I called, the incompetent man on the phone said that "the recipients didn't answer the phone and they won't deliver the flowers unless if they answer the phone because sometimes people go out of town" My friend just lost a family member, I'm sure she isn't answering random phone calls from number she doesn't know, also I PAID FOR THE FLOWERS TO BE DELIVR D ON MONDAY???? I don't care if they didn't answer the phone?? They weren't the ones who ordered the flowers. I am extremely upset and distraught and very very pissed off. HIGHLY HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HORRIBLE FLOWER SHOP THAT DOESNT OPERATE LIKE ANY OTHER FLOWER SHOP OM THR PLANET APPARENTLY. VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES AND SEEMINGLY INCOMPETENT.
