My Wife wanted a new dining table for christmas, I shopped around and couldn't find anything that I liked at a reasonable price. We stopped in at Brys and Diana showed us a Monte Carlo collections Legend furniture table set. My Wife instantly liked it. The price was marked down a bit and it was within the prize range we wanted. What I appreciated the most was Diana's customer service. She was upfront and honest about some minor damage the table had sustained at the store and this was the reason for the discount price. My wife really liked the table and it was perfect for our needs but it was damaged. Diana explained that she could have the table repaired to a like new condition for a very reasonable price. We were skeptical since it would involve recreating a small missing corner piece. But Diana said "I know a guy and it will be like new and as if it never happened, I promise". A few days later the table was delivered by Brys delivery folks who were professional and very quiet as they assembled the table in my kitchen. I worked graveyards and was asleep upstairs while my Wife and Son waited for the delivery and assembly. I didn't hear a thing and was surprised to find the table in the kitchen without having heard a sound. I am glad they are furniture delivery men and not thieves! The repair was flawless, we tried to find were the repair was made but couldn't. The table looks great in the kitchen and now we don't have to coerce or ask our teenager to eat at the table. My family has bought furniture from here since I was a little girl... I can not get over what a absolutely terrible experience I had here. I arrived to the store in early June in hopes of finding my dream couch. I was greeted at the door and treated very nicely by an older woman with blonde hair I quickly fell in love with a beautiful comfort brand couch I decided to purchase immediately... she told me there was one more set let in their warehouse I explained to her I would be moving in a couple weeks and would like to pick it up then she said no problem I will be happy to hold it for you until then. I paid $1400.00 cash for it and left happy!! Three weeks later I called to let them know I would be there July 3rd to pick it up and how excited I was.... The lady I spoke with Dolores said with no remorse I am sorry Miss that one was defective we had to send it back, also like it was funny to her!!! I asked immediately to speak with owner she was very argumentative with me and hesitant to let me speak with anyone else but I insisted. She then put me on the phone with the owner Josh who then told me there was never another couch in the warehouse to begin with!!!!! WHAT I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT.... he then said well we have them on order it will take 3-6 weeks... or I can give you your money back... WHy couldn't I have gotten a call and been informed of this after-all they already had my $1400.00 cash..... I said ill just wait the 3 weeks will you just keep me informed. Three weeks went by I heard nothing I called JOsh directly he told me they had little information and had heard nothing to check back in two more weeks. Two weeks went by by this time it was the end of August, Joshes answer remained the same he then said well we could give you the floor model... I slightly considered then I said well I am going to wait on hold would you please go check it out for me and make sure the condition is perfect.... he came back on the line and said well it has a rip in the back... WHAT ARE YOU KIDDING ME .. I said Hell no ... so I continued to wait and wait and wait finally i got a call the beginning of October that they had finally arrived they delivered straight to my house..... the couches are pieces of CRAP poorly made poorly put together!!!! I CAN NOT BELIEVE I WAS PUSHED AROUND FOR 4 MONTHS By THESE PPL AND NOT SO MUCH AS A SORRY OR ANYTHING... IF YOU BUY FROM BRYS YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! TERRIBLE BUSINESS ETHICS... TLDR; Very shady business practice and tactics, sells you brand new items under contract and substitutes damaged items under threat of back order and very long wait times. Makes promises and deals with pitfalls and caveats. Bought a brand new washer and dryer set. Was told $75 was for delivery AND setup. Delivery came a week later, the dryer was brand new factory sealed, the washer was not. Was informed by deliverymen that they had damaged it and those units were on back order so I could either wait 4 weeks (without the washer or dryer) for a new one, or take the damaged one and they would waive the mysterious $120 setup fee. The washers feet are heavily damaged like it was dragged around a lot and the latch on the door is loose. Washers come with 'shipping bolts' in the back that need to be removed, mine didn't have such bolts, came with plugs pre-installed. Makes me think I would have gotten a brand new set had I not discovered and made them apply a $200 dollars each discount because all other retailers had them at the reduced price Other people on yelp have had the same damaged item upon delivery issue in the past, this is probably common practice. A shame a local business is doing this. read more

If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. Recently moved to Lake Stevens from California and my family is all about the small market/business owners . NOT ANYMORE!!!! selected a full/love couch set, king size head board and bedroom set, and child bed over $3000.00 worth of furniture. When they delivered the furniture our chest was missing, was told it was a mistake and that they would take care of it ( I had to call them numerous times to get an update). They gave us a free mirror for our troubles. "Fast" Forward three months, due to "back order" we get a damaged chest delivered on October 20, 2015.... AWESOME!!!!!!! I call today to find out when they would get a new one in..... The sales person informs me they have to re-order the product. I then asked if their business practice is taking inventory that is damaged from the warehouse, her reply was, "Well the probably wanted to get it to you right away". I think not! its been three months and then I get a damaged piece!!!! I have my clothes on the floor in my bedroom because what good is a set without a set piece?!?!?!? When I asked for a discount or something they could do for their service I was told they'd rush order my furniture...... STAY AWAY if you can and spend a little more to make sure your needs are met ELSE WHERE. How they stay in business is beyond me. read more

Customer service like my great grandma talks about, Josh W. was my sales rep and really seems genuine about enjoying the job an helping. This was my first time buying furniture new and it was kinda fun. I had a challenging list of needs for Josh when I walked in but after some while of measuring, color matching, sitting an sampling we were able to make a couch and recliner set that I liked and was under budget. I never felt like I was pressured or misled, more of a "if it doesn't work for you then it doesn't work for me" vibe. Everything came on time and the delivery crew was very helpful an polite. As an update, our salesman/owner contacted us and said that he was willing to make everything right. He said that the American made sofa he was talking about was not the one we ultimately decided on. He said he would trade in the one we purchased for the one that was American made but indicated that we would be trading down in quality. Hmmm. Still not convinced of the owner's integrity, but have decided to leave well enough alone and keep the set we have. If you chose to shop here, get all the facts. I have purchased thousands of dollars of furniture and other items at this store. They are always friendly and nice until something goes wrong with an item purchased. Then they don't want to hear it and you get to the back of the line as far as their priority is. I bought over $2,000 of stereo equipment for my truck. I had to have two sets of speakers replaced because the deck they sold me is bad. It has only been 4 months since I purchased this system! Don't trust the fake smile. read more

Horrible Customer Service. We took our 2 year old TV in the get "diagnosed" which costs $90 just for them to look at the TV, once they figure out the problem they apply that $90 to FIXING the issue. Ok so we drive 25 minutes to drop it off on a Thursday evening. Friday by 11 they call and say TV is just fine no issues. Well no that can't be it had been turning itself off & on for the last 3 days we told them on the phone we knew it had an issue and to please look into it further after all we did pay $90 for them to DIAGNOSE it not just plug it in for 20 mins and say ok good to go. So Friday night we go pick it up. No diagnosis. The tech even agreed it probably had an issue that needed fixing but he wasn't going to spend the time to figure it out. Sent us on our way. The next morning we set it up plug it in SAME THING happens. We call and let the tech know. He says well at this point you could probably order the part and repair yourself. OK so we had to self diagnose the problem, order the part ourself and repair it ourself??? Why would have spent an hour driving and $90 wasted the bring them the TV to diagnose and repair if we were going to be made to do it all on our own. So we call Sunday and talk to one of the brothers who is part owner(shawn) I believe. We explain that they didn't do what they promised and it put us out extra money. He seems to understand and said he would speak to his other 2 brothers and get back to us with a resolution. A week goes by. NOTHING. finally after many calls/messages we get through to another brother. Who proceeds to yell and my husband. Even though BRYS did NOT follow through with ANY of what they said they would do, he said we did not deserve a refund. They basically stole our money and didn't even offer so much as an apology for it. After yelling at HIS customer he hung up on my husband. VERY UNprofessional. What a sad company. Marysville would be better off without this type of business in their community. Customers deserve better. When you offer your word to someone multiple times that is what you need to follow through with. DO NOT get your TV's repaired here!!!! read more

Worse customer service! Just google them before you go to them... They have bad reviews all over... Unless you see it right on their floor and pick it up yourself without any warranty and you don't mind if it last long you should go to this place. We ordered some end tables to match a coffee table.. They said they could special order one for us and I paid them up front my mistake.... Was told it would take 10-14 business days and they would call us when it arrived. No call after 14 business days came, called them... was told the it would be in the following week... No called after that following week went to the place walked straight to the counter and talked to the first person it happen to be the manager. Rude and very un customer friendly.. Demanded to speak to his boss and was told he was the boss.. Wow amazing how they stay in business!!! Got my refund after we went back in forth about my paid furniture and how he should treat a customer. So read the reviews on Google and stay clear of this place!!! read more

We brought our Vizio in to be repaired was told it takes about a week to find out what is wrong with it.. waited two weeks and called they apologized and said they could not get a hold of their repair man. Waited another week and called again. They still cannot get a hold of their repair man. Finally a month after we have dropped off our TV we get a quote and they said it will take three weeks to repair. A week later I get a call and they are offering me a brand new TV. I said no thanks. So I call three weeks later and they are still waiting for parts. Called a week later and they said the TV should be done by Friday! Great just in time for my anniversary. Called Friday and they said sorry the new part was defective and that we will have to wait another week. Called on Friday and was promised a call back. No call back. Then when I called the next day and complained of everything that was happening I was told they were sick of dealing with me and to come pick up my broken TV. During every single one of my phone calls they were rude and at times acted like they were doing me a huge favor for me bringing my business to them. read more

I am not surprised to see the bad customer service reviews here. I also had a bad customer service experience. I bought a sectional couch for a lot of money and it had to be ordered. It came in a reasonable amount of time. 3 months later, one of the pieces broke. I contacted the store and was told by one of the owners to take pictures and email it to him and he would take care of it, which I did. 2 weeks later I called just to see if he ever received the email since I had not heard from anybody. They had been received. A month later I called again and was told that they hadn't heard back from the manufacturer. Another 2 weeks go by and I called AGAIN. And their manufacturer's representative had been out of the country but he was back now. They would check and call me back-a week later , no call-I called back and was told that they would get back to me and they did finally, (the first call that I received from them in all this time) and it was to accuse me of abusing my couch. This couch had a lifetime frame warranty but because a couple of the springs broke-it was our fault! They were trying to get out of replacing the piece but I wouldn't let it go. They finally informed me that they would replace it just this once, like I was trying to pull something over on them. I don't have kids that jump on the couch, not do I jump on the couch. Eventually months later after several more calls I received my piece. Then they had the nerve to make me come get it and expected me to bring back their broken piece. I was not home when this call came in or I would have made them deliver it and pick up their own broken piece. But my daughter did as they asked. I sent Bry's a friendly email letting them know how unhappy I was with their customer service. It took 4 months to get that replacement piece! Funny it only took 3 weeks when I paid for it. By the way, I never heard back from anybody at the store in response to my email. DON'T GO THERE IF YOU WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! read more
