My husband enjoyed the ciderboys strawberry hard cider. We would suggest the can of cider to be accompanied by an ice cold glass to pour into. We ordered the huge pretzel with beer cheese and whole grain mustard. It was delicious with just the perfect amount of coarse salt. We also ordered the Speakeasy caprese flatbread. The flatbread was on the thin and crunchy side, much like a saltine cracker. We like it a bit more thick and softer. One of the toppings should be burrata. We didn't find any evidence of the burrata, it seemed more like very thin slices of soft mozzarella. About those beers - Bryson City Brewing serves their own beer. We tried a couple and both were good. Not something that I would drive out of my way for but certainly very enjoyable. At $8 for a 16 oz pour their beers felt a tad pricey to me. After the fact, I see many other reviewers feel the same about the brewery being over priced. For food we had a burger and some apps. The burger was delicious and seemed very fresh. We also had buffalo cauliflower. The cauliflower was good but it had a lot of heavy, sweet BBQ sauce on it which wasn't for me. We also had soft pretzels and beer cheese which I enjoyed. Our server was great and we enjoyed the atmosphere. Great experience at Bryson City brewing. My friend and I showed up hungry after running a race at Tsali. Seated immediately at any table we chose. Food was bad and was made worse with ketchup! Was here a couple of years ago and it was really good. To make matters worse a Servco delivery truck was parked right in front of the entrance and was blocking the road to exit. Had to back about 100 feet to the road. The food is delicious. We tried the Brussels app, which was more than we could eat. The Smash burgers are excellent and crispy. The shoestring fries are irresistible. The best part is a vast play yard with lawn games for kids. Dogs are also welcome! So chill and fun for everyone. The gluten-free options are non-existent.
