    River view from patio
    Tammy M.

We chose The Tuck and Table because of the large upstairs patio that overlooked the river and they are dog friendly. The weather was perfect for enjoying the patio view. Our server was Luis and was not only efficient but very friendly. He brought the pups a fresh bowl of water too. I ordered the pimento cheese burger with onion rings and it was perfectly cooked and delicious. I also had a side of fries which I also enjoyed. This riverside restaurant is definitely one that I will return to.

A river-side delight, T & T is a solid choice for dining in Bryson City. We had great service and decent food. The fresh trout stuffed with crab is delicious! And the asparagus was cooked perfectly. The grits were soft and buttery. The turkey and dressing was less favored and the family-style potatoes had no flavor at all. Butter and salt very needed! The decor is a strange non-cohesive mix of mountain, sparkly lights, and moving flowers. But you cannot beat the patio seating with the water moving by.

From the fast seating and the atmosphere, this place has been awesome. The food is amazing. Our server was a very sweet lady. The service was quick and the food was served hot and well portioned. This place deserves a visit. Friendly and fast service.

Had a 15 min wait which wasn't bad consider considering the number of people ahead of us. The food was amazingly good and like always we had coffee and dessert and the coffee was the best I've had in a long time.

    Ambience for Valentines.

There isn't anything to post because I ate it so fast. My sister and I love the food, every dish from the Valentines special. The service was impeccable, and the ambiance was perfect. Worth every dollar!

    My chicken and waffles!

We decided to stop here before heading out to the mountains, and what a cute spot! We decided on the outdoor dining area which is right along the river. My partner and I ordered the chicken and waffles and the Po'Boy sandwich. Both were amazing! My chicken was very well seasoned and not a bit dry, on top of that it was cut into slices, which I personally loved! The waffles were fluffy and topped with powdered sugar! My partner's Po'Boy sandwich was also delicious, his, (and my), favorite part being the crawfish tails. Our server and the staff were all very friendly. I recommend stopping by here if you're in the area!

Requested to meet the owner in order to share my thoughts on how great the place was.

Poor service, slow, not knowledgable, mediocre food, very odd decorations that dont fit the space, the river view is awesome.

Everett Street Diner is our most favorite place for breakfast - hands down. Hubby and I have tried many items, none have disappointed. Fresh, hot, correctly cooked, presentation, service, hospitality, coffee, atmosphere, and prices - all are spot on fabulous. The owner - Mr Everett Street Diner ALWAYS greets everyone with a smile and friendly conversation. Family oriented, he welcomes you in, sits you down and makes you feel like you're in his kitchen. If (more like when) you wait for your table, it's never long. The staff bust their butts and don't make you feel rushed at all. This morning we/the restaurant celebrated, as an entire group, the expected January arrival of a little girl, and three birthdays!!! And yes, we ALL sang happy birthday. Well, except for Mr Everett, apparently he doesn't sing and will tell ya so!! Seriously though, if you're looking for a good meal, friendly service, and a place you can't wait to come back to ..... try Everett Street Diner!! Oh, and if you're looking for a little heat and spice? You've GOTTA try their spicy diner relish!!! We're on our 4th jar and have gifted 3 jars out to friends, family and a great barkeeper in San Antonio (but that's a different story)! Love you all at Everett Street Diner!!!

He basically said "it's right around the corner and to the left;" easy enough ;) This is an old school BBQ joint, nothing super fancy, just straight to the point and prices are very reasonable. Note, this place is cash only so be sure to bring some or you'll have to use the ATM which is conveniently located in the restaurant. We ordered the chopped pork sandwich, a cheese burger and fries and it came to $21. After our meal we went back and ordered the strawberry shortcake ($5). Our food was super fresh and tasty. We enjoyed the variety of BBQ sauces they had available especially the hot and spicy one. We would have liked a little more fries with our meal but for the price I'm not complaining. The restaurant is a bit dated and could use a refresh some other seats are peeling and the tables were sticky but that could be due to whatever chemicals you're using to wipe them down cuz I did see staff cleaning tables after customers left. All in all, a great spot to get a affordable lunch or dinner in a friendly and cozy environment.

The ribs were well-cooked, the portions were generous, and the service was great. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the food arrived promptly. The mac and cheese, fries, and coleslaw were all enjoyable and complemented the meal well. That said, we're giving it 3 out of 5 stars. While the food was good, we felt the selection of sides was somewhat limited compared to other barbecue restaurants. Our biggest disappointment was the barbecue sauce. The sauces were very thin, and because of that, they didn't really cling to the ribs. We personally prefer a thicker, richer sauce that stays on the meat and adds more flavor with each bite. Despite those points, we still had a pleasant experience and can see why many people enjoy this spot. Good food, good service, and a solid barbecue stop if you're in the area.

They had a young one-man musician performing, and while I can't remember his name, he did an excellent job. He honestly ended up being our favorite live entertainment of the entire trip. His performance was one of the reasons we wanted to come back. On our second visit for the Fourth of July, we were excited to catch the advertised live band. The sign said they would start at 7:30, but they were just beginning to set up at that time and didn't look close to playing until much later. We were also a little disappointed that Friday karaoke wasn't happening because of the holiday weekend. We had really been looking forward to it. That said, the food absolutely made up for it. The chicken wings were outstanding--easily some of the best wings we had during our trip. The pork rinds were another surprise favorite and are perfect for sharing while enjoying a drink. CJ's has that laid-back, small-town mountain vibe that's easy to appreciate. If you're passing through Bryson City, it's a great place to stop, relax, and grab some food and drinks. My only recommendation is to call ahead if you're planning your evening around karaoke or live music, just to make sure the schedule is accurate. We'll definitely stop back the next time we're in Bryson City. Great food, friendly atmosphere, and a place that's worth checking out.
