The bottom line is when you make a customer a promise you need to keep it, especially when you've broken promises in the past. A good company with good customer service would first apologize, then work hard to rectify the situation. Yet, no apology was ever provided and quite obviously, the situation was never rectified. I don't patronize businesses that possess distain and indifference to their customers and you shouldn't either.
