Lincoln roadside assistance was no help so I called Humboldt Ford crying not knowing what to do and they told me they would squeeze me in the next day to try to help me out! This all happened at around 4pm Friday of Memorial Day weekend! I was able to limp the car back to Winnemucca (45 min drive) and get it to them when they opened the next morning! They had a full booked calendar of appointments that day but fit me in and figured out the problem! The whole building is beautiful (weird to say about a service center but it's true!) and every single person working there I spoke to was amazing! Dan in service is who helped me out when I got there and called me right away when they knew what was going on! I can't say enough good things about Humboldt Ford and their service!
