He really nailed the layered haircut and gave me good advice. (It's helpful but not necessary to know Chinese before coming here. I just showed lots of reference photos to describe which parts I liked and wanted to my hair style.) My hair was super long and flat before but I actually love the layers and curtain bangs now. I think this cut was super worth and cost $70 for the cut and blowout. I'll definitely be coming back!

I asked for a low taper and was told I wanted a low fade, I did not know that entailed a bald fade with shaving my sideburns and beard completely down to the skin. I would think the first question should be "how much skin do you want to show" and "do you want your sideburns". The shape of the top doesn't even flow right, it's not at all what I wanted. With Aaron, it was like nothing I have ever experienced: He took one glance at my reference and then gave me a precise breakdown on how my head shape, face structure, and hair texture was going to effect the reference photo and how he was going to alter his cutting style to achieve the look.. The end result was flawless!!! Money well spent. I can finally sleep well tonight knowing I have found my permanent barber.
