This place is the worse place to take a haircut, I took my son to this barber shop and told one of the barber about what I requested how short and nice looking haircut and they not do a really good job on it. The environment there is not good because the barber shop is very loud and noisy because they turn on the music to loud. read more

Called to make an appointment, as I always have an issue going and the shop being crowded at first the barber didn't want to give an appointment told him I always have an issue when I make appointments I still end up waiting 15-30 minutes. Then reluctantly gave me an appointment this was at 12:15 said if I can make it for 12:30-12:45 barber said had to be an hour difference which is not to big of a request as they could be crowed then we made it for 1:15 arrived 30 minutes early barbershop empty all the barbers are sitting down playing 2K (Lakers vs Golden State) none of the barbers asked if I had appointment or if I wanted a cut two guys were in a corner asked me if I was ready. The other barbers then began talking badly about me as they still had no idea I was the appointment and to top it off I wasn't given a name to ask for when I arrived. Barbers also began saying why he even gave me an appointment. Then proceeded to talk about missing three cuts yet when I arrived only one person walked in. Should have more respect as exactly 1:15 said he wouldn't cut the appointment time no grace period or no chance if running late. Especially the when what was clearly a trans man or a girl that identifies as a man got a hair cut next to me stood up and all the barbers made fun of him as soon as they left the building. I sat in my chair and made a division to never step foot in that barber shop. From the owner to the owner's nephew that was sweeping the hair on the floor they made fun of this person that clearly did not deserve to be made fun of. I'v been going here for about 2 years! Most of the time i leave satisfied! Not with this last visit. The barber stopped in the middle of my cut to show his coworker a video on his phone. He kept coughing with out covering his mouth. He called his girlfriend to remind her of their plans this weekend! Its Tuesday dude i think it could've waited till after your cut! He cut the sides but didnt touch the top, then handed me the mirror like he was done. I asked his to fix the top! He seemed like he just wanted to eat his McDonald's. The end result was horrible but i excepted defeat and will move on to another shop to fix it. I dont know his name. So if you go here be sure NOT to sit in the back left station past the roll of chairs. He dosen't care about your hair. Every time i go here i pay $40, $23 for the cut, $18 in tip. Then, they ask you to sign in which is important because you don't have to sit around wondering when you will get you cut. If there is a barber you like you can ask him/her how long the wait time is to get a cut from them. The price is competitive to other barbershops Cons: Parking in the back is hit and miss. ************** Update.... at first I really enjoyed getting my haircut at this place but after going to "The Barber Shop Co." a few times I have had to change my opinion of the business. 1) You walk in and it smells like weed. 2) The barbers talk to each other too much while cutting hair 3) Barbers answer their phones while they cut your hair 4) Wait is long and the barbers don't really care that you are waiting. For example, they start talking about their lunch, about what's on tv, watching the tv and I think the worst thing is that I have heard them talk bad about a client. I went in for a hair cut I asked for a taper fade and my beard . The young guy with a hat did not know what a taper fade is I told him just a low fade seems like he got bothered and was scratching me up with his machine and left it all messed up and didn't even do my beard, left my side burns uneven and gave me a high fade it's all good hair grows but his unprofessionalism will cost this barber shop business from me my three boys and my nephew I will start taking them elsewhere read more
