I called first and explained my situation and the gentleman who answered explained to me that they usually work on appointments but he would try to work my car in. I ended up having my car towed here. I honestly thought it was going to be a couple of days before I got my car back but within 2 hours I received a phone call telling me what the issue was. And the best part is that they could get it fixed that day and I wouldn't have to wait several days! I was so excited! I felt that the price was fair for what was going on so I didn't hesitate to let them fix it. They are a full service mechanic shop off of US 1 in Titusville. I was able to express what parts I wanted and Tristan had recommendations of alternatives that worked better in his experience. He also let me know during the install that with the two row radiator they had to cut the bumper bar to get it to fit which they did without an additional charge. The car idles great and the power delivery is super smooth through the rev range. Tristan and team are clearly passionate about Subarus as well as getting the job done right. I said I wanted my car back, all of a sudden it was hard to get a hold of him, he charged me $4000 for a 6.0 LS engine and never gave me the engine, then promised he would refund me and never did. finally I got my car towed home-the tow truck driver said; you're lucky your getting your car back, most people don't.... Keep in mind I had just been laid off from my job and my son had just been born a couple months prior, THATS the kind of person he really is! He also shared with me that he pays an IT guy to delete negative feedback, this is why the timestamp on the reviews is so far apart, either years ago or recently for a bumper repaint or something minor. FIND ANOTHER SHOP There are many in that exact same area that do exceptional work for a much better price. Go to neighboring shops, ask them, they will tell you the same!. Don't take my word for it. I went to pick up my car as you see in the pictures new part left car in the rain to rust. This is what happened after spending a lot of money and trust and a friend of a friend. Beware this guy. I'll take your original parts and go to swap meet and sell them and make money while he puts on aftermarket parts on your vehicle. Then you have to take it to another body shop to have them corrected.
