The staff will follow you around the store. This has been an on going thing in black communities when Asians choose to sell African American products. That doesn't bother my mom. What happened today was completely unforgivable. My mom and I had just come from breakfast and she wanted to stop by PKBS to grab a few items. My mom needed to use the bathroom and they refused. MY mom begged and pleaded with the staff but they refused. We will not be visiting this location ever. We will take out business to BSW Beauty Supply in Brockton.
