They do pretty good. My only issue is that the nail tech that I really like isn't there on my days off. However the other techs seem good

I had to return to Lovely Nails in Brockton to have my nails done over. Since they were so poorly done in the beginning, they got worse during the one week since they were done. I was told by Sam that they could only do another coat since it was an entire week that they were done, and he was very rude, not helpful at all. I insisted on getting my nails done over, or my money back. Jennifer seemed to have forgotten the entire episode the last week, when she was the one who looked at my nails and verified that they were not done correctly, but she did my nails over, and they were done right. She did let me know that I have the option of choosing the nail tech that I want to do my nails in the future. Jennifer solved the problem, and had great customer service, and because of this I will go back to Lovely Nails in Brockton. read more

A bit disappointed; service has gone down. You can schedule an appointment, but walk-ins are hardly accommodated and I've seen many get turned away. They're always very busy. Last couple of times my nails have been rushed with obvious imperfections still visible (nail dip powder service with bubbles or dents in top coat, nails cut different lengths; pedicure with nails left too long and polish left outside of the nail bed). I have spoken up to get it corrected before leaving, but had I not, she would've sent me out the door like that. It seems like it's a burden even if you have an appointment set? Also, the work stations and tools don't seem to get sanitized...just see them pull the same tools out from the workstation drawers and go to work. The workstations just get a cloth dragged through and debris from the previous clients still there. I find myself walking out of here having to correct their work by filing down my nails so they're at a matching length...not good. Other than that, they've got a huge variety of colors you will enjoy. I don't know, perhaps they want to squeeze in TOO MUCH business and it's taking a toll on the technicians and their work? Never again. Over priced. Unclean pedicure station. Thick acrylic application and very sloppy.

Save your money. The quality doesn't match the price. The pedicure was decent but the lady rushed through doing my nails. She left parts of my nail unpainted and I kept having to point out what she missed. The nails were lumpy looking up close. Definitely should've been at least 30 dollars but she had the nerve to ask for five extra bucks because "the length was longer". If you want a pedicure go but a manicure is a no. read more

Clean establishment with very nice staff. Nothing fancy. Typical nail salon prices for Brockton. Each nail tech has their own default so tell them exactly what you want as far as shape and length. I used to have acrylics and will mention that certain people don't do the acrylic as good as I like them and they lift a little. You have to be vocal about what you expect and avoid peak hours b/c they'll be rushing to take walk-ins. They can do some really outstanding designs for a few extra dollars. I am really impressed by the custom designs here. I've never seen them do airbrush so Idk if they offer it but their hand painting is top-notch. The hand painted french lasts longer anyway. The only drawback is that some of the hoodrats that frequent the joint are outrageously obnoxious. I mean we are pretty deep in the West Side here so compared to the rest of the spectrum of hoodness it's nothing that would strongly affect a seasoned Brocktonian. When DD Lovely was next to Paramount and Champ Cuts--back in the day, before the CVS--it was chiller. Now that it's next to PriceRite the clientele is less classy. Worst nail experience I have ever had. I visited this shop twice in one week. The first time wa great. The nail tech was quick and did a good job on my nails. The problem is I chose a color that I hated. So, I went back to change the color; but since it was DIP Powder, I had to do them over. No problem. The second nail tech was rude from the start. No problem, I'm just here to get my nails done and I'll be on my way. When she asked if I wanted to change the shape, I told her no. Just need a new color. I was just here Tuesday. She seemed frustrated by my response. Sorry lady it's what I want not what you want. It wasn't until she finished filing that I noticed that she made them shorter and UNEVEN! When I pointed that out, she became enraged. Started yelling at me. Accusing me of trying to get free nails. I have never been so disrespected as a paying customer in my life. She stormed off and I had to ask the owner to finish my nails. I happily PAID my fee and left. Never will I ever go to the establishment again and I would never recommend this place to anyone. Customer Service is clearly not the priority here. The owner did nothing in response to how his employee treated me. Not even an apology. read more

This place gave me the worst nail experience in my life and to add onto that it is very overpriced for horrible nails. The lady who did my nails was rude and hurt my nails along with that she cut my skin and shaving down my nail she cut right into the middle of my nail bed. She was not gentle at all and didn't care about what I was asking for. She wore AirPods the whole time and if not she was talking to the other workers and not paying attention causing harm to my hand. The place had negative vibes all around. read more

I have spent my entire adult life randomly going from nail shop to nail shop. Well after Jennifer at Lovely Nails did my Mani/pedi I actually now call to make an appointment with her! I don't get my nails done often, usually right before I travel. The past two times I have seen her my mani's have lasted at least 10 days and this is with the additional "stress" on them of packing, lifting suitcases, taking computers out of bags, digging around in purse for boarding pass, pulling credit cards out of wallet for expenses, all things that would destroy a regular mani in no short order, but not this mani! :) Her pedi's feel like a spa treatment with the hot stones. Have had my eyebrows done here too and was very happy. read more

I came here immediately after my horrific experience at sun nails to have my nails finished. Jennifer did an excellent job on my nails and I definitely recommend this place. It's not fancy but it's clean and they do nice work. Nobody burns a hole in your foot here like the place I just left. Jennifer was great read more
