Our pool cover fell in, during the "off season"...it looked like a lake in April. I didn't think…read morethere was any chance of us opening up the pool in June, let alone mid May. The staff at Alpine Pools, in Bethel Park, recommended the exact chemicals needed, recommended the correct time to let the chemicals work and most importantly, recommended when it would be safe to use. ALL of the "in store" staff has been understanding, helpful and informative. One employee that went "above and beyond" was Kloe. She followed up with phone calls and made sure we were satisfied with our service and the status of our pool. Now, the kids are swimming, pool is ready for the Memorial Day weekend and all is good with the pool. Thank you again, Dan and family, staff and Kloe

In Spring of 2025 we had moved into our new home in Cranberry. Knowing very little about pools and…read morewhat was needed we asked Alpine Pools to "open" our pool. The water was low and so much algae that the green water looked like slime. The guy from Alpine pools came, tinkered a bit then left and sent a bill. They basically drained the antifreeze, primed the pump and heft. We were so naive as to to think they would "open" the pool. You know, clear up three Water, or empty pool and get new water. But instead they. Just took advantage of new people leaving us a real nightmare of algae. No I would not. Actually could nit recommend anybody who would take advantage of customers,

Would not recommend! Communication started off great. Due to weather could not start on time…read more Supposed to be 2 day install that dragged on for 2 weeks. Kept getting told they would come back. Sometimes showed and did one thing then left. Kept asking for payment. (Which was recieved) left pool filling with hoses and filter not attached. Came home to gallons of water flooding yard and street. Called them ignored my calls for 2 days. Someone else texted me other then Chad (owner) saying my job is done and did not include installation of filter and pump.( clearly states install on contract.) It's 10 days later I still have an incomplete project with them being paid in full. I will be filing a law suit. Save yourself the stress and money.

STAY FAR AWAY!!!…read more Installed an above ground pool for me that leaked within the third use. I tried to get a hold of him, and he said that he would come and help. Never got back to me. From what I understand by other pool companies, he should of NEVER installed my pool the way he did in the first place. Not even a rookie move, all he wanted was my money (Which was above average for the pool I installed) and he got it. He said he was going to give us a receipt before the work was completed- and paid. He then after was done with everything requesting money, didnt have it conveniently - (Was never given one by the owner of the company he was working for) He made it very clear that he worked for the company- so I asked him for a receipt before payment, and he came back with a handwritten one- and after he would send the original by email or mail. Here are the main issues that I will be suing him for... Pool leaked - within 3 uses, the entire pool at the standing points were leaking. Ladder put together wrong - put together backwards - he put it together for me out of the kindness of his heart- or some super nice line. Pump put together wrong - pump leaked and burned up, had to purchase another to use in tandem with the previous plumbing - which was hard to figure out. Trashed my yard- Sand all over the place, he put it down wrong. Walking on the bottom of the pool would not feel good, due to the unevenness of unpacked sand. Ruined part of my neighbors yard - pool constantly leaked before i figured out the issue- I thought the lower pool level and water on the ground was just due to heat and the crazy kids having a good time. It wasn't until i asked them to be more careful with water after my neighbor asked me about the water on his side, that i noticed a week later that the water was getting worse. I had to constantly clean water and finally figured a way how to divert it away before it became too much of an issue. This whole experience was really really bad- and I fully never understood how people felt about bad technicians and companies until it happened to me. Its been many many hours of problematic issues with no resolve. How I found him: He installed for a different company, from what I was told. OF course, when he pulled up to my home, He SAID that Hi- I am Chad from... Owner told me he didn't - so he subcontracts his work. I have tried MANY times to get a hold of him, to no avail, except for one time answering. After a couple months of dodging my calls and emails- he shut off his phone. I have tried to get a hold of him through friends, as well as other businesses. Chad is by far the worst idea I could think of when it comes to a person that installs something. He even told people that he moved out to Florida- or so people think of course. This has definitely taken a toll on me and my family. I still have to pool up, hoping for him to come and fix the issue, or an insurance company to come out to me. Such a bad experience that I will forever Stay Away from ANY pool guy named Chad- and even to this day when I hear the name chad, I think of him.
