Saturday evening I was searching for a self- service laundry close to my house. I happen to drive-by and walk inside. I met the fabulous owners [ Tim and Thomas] in the midst of their Wash & Fold service for customers. That's right - they have a service with free pick-up and delivery [for us lazy peeps]. Prices are very reasonable and you can download Pay Range for cashless payments. If you forget detergent or get hungry, you can purchase snacks and soap from them. Their small but mighty staff is attentive to your belongings while attending to your unmentionables. Great folding job! And all wrapped up for a great presentation. The atmosphere is all around pleasant and I felt safe, something I thought I'd never say about any laundromat, ever. They have efficient and ergonomic machines. It took me about 45 minutes for all 4 king size pillows to be washed and dried. I highly suggest coming here to do your laundry. They have a great book you can read, called "Laundry Love" with some awesome laundering and cleaning tips. Who knew using wool balls for the dryer can reduce drying time and spraying vodka can help eliminate smoke odors. I left with some laundry knowledge! After we picked it up and got home, we realized both underarms were torn. When we went back for and asked for explanation, they told me the blouse was already torn and that's why they didn't clean it and did not charge you for it although looked ironed on hanger and same with other clothes. That makes absolutely no sense. First of all, they counted and checked all the clothes when they were dropped off, and cleaners usually look for stains or damage before accepting items. If something is damaged, they normally point it out right away or refuse to take it. Second, even if they somehow didn't notice it at drop-off, the moment they saw the damage they should have called me to let me know they were not going to clean it. They never called.Third, when we picked up the clothes, they still said nothing about it. They only mentioned this story after we came back and confronted them. None of what they are saying makes sense. To me it's very clear that this happened while the blouse was in their possession. I will definitely take care of this matter through customer service protection.

Now the price is high for this; starting at $7.50 for the washer & $3.25 for the dryer. I can't complain as I already spent $300 on a dryer, THIS WEEK. LOL. Attendant was cleaning the store the whole time & the Gator Ade Zero is a cheap as the water. Comfortable seats & clean restrooms. Even after I get my washer fixed, I'll probable be back. 5-stars
