Saturday evening I was searching for a self- service laundry close to my house. I happen to drive-by and walk inside. I met the fabulous owners [ Tim and Thomas] in the midst of their Wash & Fold service for customers. That's right - they have a service with free pick-up and delivery [for us lazy peeps]. Prices are very reasonable and you can download Pay Range for cashless payments. If you forget detergent or get hungry, you can purchase snacks and soap from them. Their small but mighty staff is attentive to your belongings while attending to your unmentionables. Great folding job! And all wrapped up for a great presentation. The atmosphere is all around pleasant and I felt safe, something I thought I'd never say about any laundromat, ever. They have efficient and ergonomic machines. It took me about 45 minutes for all 4 king size pillows to be washed and dried. I highly suggest coming here to do your laundry. They have a great book you can read, called "Laundry Love" with some awesome laundering and cleaning tips. Who knew using wool balls for the dryer can reduce drying time and spraying vodka can help eliminate smoke odors. I left with some laundry knowledge! Washer kept giving error in rinse cycle & now will not even start. We came here about 1100 AM on a Saturday. First of all, these speed Queen washers are the bomb. I saw people loading a whole baseball team worth of clothes & they just got swallowed right up. Dryers are huge too. No noise or broken machines when they are running. Now the price is high for this; starting at $7.50 for the washer & $3.25 for the dryer. I can't complain as I already spent $300 on a dryer, THIS WEEK. LOL. Attendant was cleaning the store the whole time & the Gator Ade Zero is a cheap as the water. Comfortable seats & clean restrooms. Even after I get my washer fixed, I'll probable be back. 5-stars

The big 4 load washers were $6.75, so make of that what you will. It cost me $20 to do one week's laundry for a family of two adults and one child. They definitely aren't putting that money back into the business, that's for sure. It was dirty! And there were LOTS of maintenance issues. Broken dryers, broken vending machines (which I was informed have been broken for quite some time), broken games, etc. also, they had posted signs which were very specific about the amount of detergent to use, and I followed directions even though it was less than what my bottle instructed. But then I saw no suds through the door window and my laundry didn't smell or look as clean as I would like. I am glad this was a one-time necessary visit for me. I feel bad for the people of LOL for whom this is one of the few (or only) laundry options.
