Upon recommendation of an RV dealership, we hired Britt Tucker to come fix our water heater on our travel trailer, and we have been playing phone tag with this person for roughly a month. He has ignored calls, canceled calls, and ghosted us multiple times. Initially he came out inspected the RV and located the problem. We agreed on payment and a time frame. After he got my money that time frame kept getting pushed back. One excuse after another...the truck broke, they ordered the wrong part, its raining, blah blah blah. We were patient enough and gave him a final date, because we won't be in Texas anymore. He agreed that if it wasn't fixed by that time then he will give us a refund. That time has come and past. I still have a broken water heater and I'm out nearly 500 dollars. He started to ghost us until we stated that we got the law involved. Now, each day is a new excuse as to why he can't give our money back. He is withholding my money, and he never had any intention on fixing my RV. Do not hire this person. Upon further investigation while he was ghosting us I stumbled upon his Facebook. He lies about working at Funtown RV and we confirmed this. I called the RV dealership that recommended him to me to inform them about him so that another person will not fall victim to his fraud. read more

If I could give minus stars I would. I called these folks and left a message. Three weeks later a service van stopped by and asked if I was the one who called about a sink? No but I did call you about my H2O heater not working--I said. He said he would call me when he gets back to the office. He never got back to me. read more

BT does an outstanding job at the best rates I've found. I called Britt on a Friday evening and he answered promptly. We discussed the problem I was having on my rear stabilizer on our 5th wheel and he wanted to know if I needed him to come out Friday evening. I told him no, that first thing Saturday morning would work. He already had 1 appointment booked Saturday morning so we set the appointment time for 10:30. The next day he arrived at the scheduled time and began working on the issue. He explained everything he was doing and was able to fix the problem in an hour. I couldn't have asked for any better service and from someone who's knowledgeable and knows his business. BT Mobile Rv Repair will always be my first call no matter what I need done. Oh and he called me on Sunday as a follow-up to make sure I wasn't having any problems with my stabilizer. read more

THIS GUY IS A CROOK! Don't trust him! He charged me $500 to install a new fan motor for my air conditioner. First of all, it took him several weeks to even get to me do it. He would tell me he would be there the next day and not show up. I bet he told me that at least 15 times! We went camping after he finally came to fix it and it still wasn't working right. I tried to get him to come back out but got more of the same "I'll be there tomorrow" promises but never showed up. I finally got tired of waiting after a month and called someone else. That's when I found out that Britt never even replaced the motor to begin with!!!! The motor that was there was the original one. It's very obvious that it's not a new motor. All Britt did was put some lube on the fan to get it moving again. The fan still needs to be replaced because it rattles so bad due to being worn out. So now it's going to cost me double to get it fixed! I tried calling Britt to get an explanation but as usual, he's not returning my calls. read more

Just before the big storm came through our heater stopped functioning and our water froze. The next day he said he's be out but never made it. The second day he did arrive. Within 45 minutes and $400 later our heater was working!!! We were thrilled. All he needed to fix was to replace the sail switch and a fuse. Water thawed and we were able to shower after 3 days of no water. After our showers we noticed the smell of propane. Upon inspection we found he had mangled the copper line puncturing it causing a propane leak!!! We called him and he stated he would come out and fix it. As the day closed and he had not arrived he said he'd come out the next day. Today is the next day.... after texting him we never responded. He left myself and my daughter in a very dangerous situation elevating our risk by producing more damage than what was present. Knowing what I know now, I would never call this man again and strongly recommend you do not call him either. Save your money and your life and go to someone reputable. read more

Called BT to get a quote on fixing AC. He came out late in the evening and told us what needed to be done and that he would come out the next morning to pick the AC up and order the fan for the other one.. He did not call or show up the next morning. We had to call him. We had to fix one of the ACs our self and he called and said they had ordered the wrong fan and the correct one would be in Monday. We did not receive a call from him . Read the reviews on google and decided to do the repairs our self, saved us 300+. Do not recommend at all. read more

Like a week ago this person came to my house to see our rv that we what to get repair he asks my husband for a deposit of 600 houndre we make the deposit and he give ous the paperwork for the deposit both know we doesn't answer no more this person the only thing we do is still your money and if you see this post and help me share to other people doesn't get scam like we did the address that he give you is not the right address read more

Brit Tucker came to fix our slide out motor. When he got there he had to order the part which was fine and required a cash deposit. He came back to fix the motor a few days later and it took about 45 minutes. For some reason there was no access to the motor so he had to cut a hole. After the motor was installed he said he would come back to finish repairing the hole because he didn't have the supplies he needed in his truck. he didn't show up the rest of the week so my husband called and he said he would be there Monday. Again my husband waited and he didn't show up. My husband decided to repair the hole himself and when he got under the RV he discovered that the brackets had not been put back in place and nuts and bolts were left strewn on the ground. My husband put everything back together himself and tried calling Mr. Tucker who said he had "just forgotten" us and offered to refund us $50 which of course never happened. If you are going to have this guy do work for you do not pay him until the work is completely done or you will never see him again. read more

Britt came out almost 3 weeks ago for a repair. He said he had to order the moonroof above the shower. I paid him for the labor and half the part up front. He is not responding to my calls, emails or text messages. Beware and don't give any money up front. read more
