UC Pros had my X-rays examined by their O.D. bone specialist right away. I sent their O.D. findings to the VA and got an appointment right away. My care by Janny and Michelle was excellent. I like having the option of excellent urgent care and try to avoid spending needless hours in the ER. My respiratory and diabetic conditions have required approximately 9 or 10 visits. The front desk personnel are 100% on point; efficient friendly and caring while handling business. Also, they answer the phone quickly, which is unheard of in 2026. With the exception of 2 visits my wait times have been very short and every single provider has been excellent. I was having pretty bad brain fog and figured maybe patients with covid just look a special type of run down and they can just tell at this point. I was feeling pretty awful. they sent out a couple test and told me there wasn't much they could do besides advising me to take OTC pain killers and offered a couple of prescriptions to help with the pain. I was pretty distraught and out of it and the staff was very kind and patient with me, and tried to explain everything as best they could. a miserable 4 days later they called to tell me all tests came back negative and it was just a cold. while i appreciated the follow up, i was incredibly confused; I was still having awful brain fog and, especially given the severity of my symptoms I could not believe this was a mere cold. but I resigned myself because I didn't go to medical school. a week later i was back to 100% and ready to call it a weird bad cold. less than 2 weeks later, all of the same symptoms flare back up. I'm incapacitated and a wreck. I go back to this urgent care hoping they can provide greater support since this appears to be something recurring, but when I began to explain this, I was told they're here to treat the symptoms and can't really support beyond that. again the staff was kind and tried to explain to me I had a cold and there was nothing they could do besides advise OTC meds, and quite frankly i cried because I had been in so much pain for so long. that kinda forced them to take a moment to really listen to me and I felt like the doctor was able to actually take me seriously and provide me advice that actually made sense for what I've been going through. the staff are generally kind and helpful, but i think the facility may be truly limited in some capacities of what they're able to do in ways I can't understand. I DON'T think this is the best place to find comprehensive care with someone who will really listen to you and take the time to understand your needs. maybe it could be good for a quick fix ‍ also the walls are thin and I can hear the staff talking in the hallway, often relaying my information to other staff members. they spoke objectively, but it still felt a little weird. i appreciate the patience the few doctors I worked with took with me as I was in a difficult situation, but ultimately I would not recommend.

Drove back here and one of the doctors I met back in September of 2025 told me that it's a mild allergic reaction to amoxicillin because it's kind of a common one. I was shocked and gave her that "are you deadass look"? She wasn't joking. Another doctor came in and he took a look at the allergic reaction I had. It wasn't severe or anything. He took a sample from my throat to see if it was anything else. He was really reassuring.

I've been coming to this urgent care since around 2020 and have been a returning patient over the years. Until now, I've never had a reason to complain and have generally had positive experiences. This visit, however, was very disappointing. I scheduled what was advertised as an "appointment" through the urgent care's website, expecting that my reserved time would reduce my wait. After arriving, checking in, and waiting for over 30 minutes, I asked the receptionist about the delay. I was then told that the appointment doesn't actually begin until you physically check in at the clinic, meaning patients are essentially placed into the same queue as walk-ins. What concerns me most is that this information was not made clear when I scheduled online. Instead, the explanation was provided only after I arrived at the clinic through a notice at check-in. In my opinion, that's too late. If an online "appointment" does not reserve a specific place in line or appointment time, that should be clearly disclosed on the website before patients book--not after they've already taken time out of their day to come in. To me, advertising an appointment system without clearly explaining how it actually works is misleading. Patients reasonably expect that an appointment reserves a time for them. If the process is really first come, first served after check-in, that should be communicated upfront so people can make an informed decision. Many people choose urgent care instead of the emergency room because they want timely care for non-emergency issues. A scheduling system that functions like a walk-in line defeats that purpose and creates unnecessary frustration. As someone who has been a loyal, returning patient for years, this experience has unfortunately changed my opinion of this clinic. Because of this policy and the lack of transparency, I no longer feel comfortable returning. It's disappointing to say, but they have lost my business. I'm sharing my experience so others know what to expect, and I sincerely hope the clinic improves its communication by being honest and transparent about how its scheduling process actually works. Patients deserve accurate information before they book an appointment--not after they've already arrived.
