Once I submitted my slip, I had my food prepared in under 10 minutes (5 other people were ahead of me). The dining room is very simple, they have a few tables with benches and the lighting is bright. We've never seen an upcharge for a large ice cube! Ever! My wife emailed the GM after the fact, and the manager explained that the Old Fashioned is traditionally served with a large ice cube. The server should have asked my wife if she wanted a large ice cube with her Negroni. Hazelwood isn't a particularly cheap outing. They do appear to be nickel-and-diming in this situation.
