Not a fan. I ordered a bowl and taco to be delivered. The taco was ok (I believe it was chicken), it was in a flour tortilla (not my fave but better than hard shell tacos so I guess). I also ordered a chicken bowl but couldn't even finish it because there was a sour taste (not like this is bad sour but more like too much lime sour). There also wasn't much flavor (again not sure if it's because there was too much lime). I may try them again, but no guarantees. read more

They have a few other combos that are $10, tacos, cheese quesadilla, and something else. Price: pretty high for most burritos. In the range of $12-15. Meaning with a combo, your total will be almost $20/person. Quality- nothing to write home about. A step up from taco bell, but higher prices as well. A little lower than Chipotle quality for close to the dame price. Staff- friendly, but had trouble taking orders. A person changed his mind on the type of burrito he wanted. The person making his food thought he wanted rice. It took several back and forth for them to be on the same page. Dining area: clean and totally empty. A few tvs to spruce up the area a bit. Deals: there are extra deals on the windows. You can easily miss them if you're not paying attention. They should really have a billboard or something at the counter with the special listed. I would have ordered something different had I known. Overall, a decent place for a burrito. Prices are high for what they offer, but there are a few things for a reasonable amount. read more

Customizable burrito and tex-mex spot. They have something for every dietary need including pescatarian, vegetarian, and vegan. It has a surfer shop kind of vibe. The staff is usually super nice, but some of them are new and tend to put too much sauce. They also have quesadillas and online order. I've been to this place 2x in two weeks and immediately recommended it to my friends, so I can definitely say I loved this place. There are tables if we want to sit down and eat, but I did carry out both times. The customer service was good and they were generous with the food. We ordered the queso with chips and the queso was so delicious. The first time i went I ordered the rice ball thing. I wasn't a huge fan of how dense the rice ball was but the filling and toppings were so good. The second time I ordered the burritodilla (pretty much a quesadilla) and it was soo soo delicious. My partner ordered the hibachi burrito and he loved it. We both felt it was nice amount of food, very flavorful, and tasted fresh. I also liked that you could get different spice levels. I ordered the ghost pepper sauce both times and it was quite spicy and I loved it. I look forward to trying all of their items. read more

Okay so we saw this new place in Laurel and decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, it will be our first and last. The customer service was good, and the establishment was clean but the food with the exception of the nachos was nasty. Trust we were sorry bc we love good food and enjoy leaving favorable reviews. We desire to support local businesses and understand how difficult it is to succeed. We ordered the cheese quesadilla, 4 barria tacos, and a burrito with shrimp and steak which I was told is their most popular option. The Barria tacos were decently grilled and the cheese crispy but the beef lacked flavor and the dip was horrible. It didn't taste like any barria dipping sauce I've ever had. The shrimp and steak burrito had rice and some other stuff in it, but the rice was extremely mushy and lack flavor as did the meat. My daughter took one bite and spit it out. My granddaughter had the cheese quesadilla, and ate one small portion of it. When I tasted it, it lacked any kind of flavor and was probably one of the worst cheese quesadillas I've ever had. Overall, there are only two things that I would consider ordering again, and that would be the tacos that they allow you to pick your own toppings for, and the fried Oreos were decently cooked. read more

A great alternative to Chipotle. I got the Nashville Chicken Burrito and although the burrito may be shorter, it definitely had more protein tha. A normal chipotle burrito. Taste was also very good. Their other options looked delicious as well. Got the combo that included some curly fries, which were nothing special just a standard curly fries. Service was nice and quick. Since I live so close in the neighborhood, I have ordered from bubbakoo's several times. When I have found is that although their food is very good, it seems to matter who is fixing it regarding how much is in each item. I always get a bowl of some sort out of the chicken, steak bowl etc. although very enjoyable as I stayed at previously it all depends who makes it. Sometimes it's loaded sometimes not so much. Finally tried Bubbakoo's! It is a great chipotle substitute. I got the crema burrito with barbacoa and my friend got tacos with crispy chicken. The meat was made on the spot which gave it a fresh taste. A little bit on the pricier side but the food was yummy. Went to the Grand opening of Bubbakoo's Burritos in Millersville, MD. It reminds me of Chipotle. I would say it's a place people can go for lunch or quick dinner. I order a bowl with white rice, chicken, Pico de Gallo salsa, lettuce, shredded cheese. It's pretty good. The prices are not too expensive. There are many menu options. I was very disappointed in my visit here a few weeks ago. The food was good and has potential but the pricing and descriptions were confusing. I ordered a veggie burrito but was told vegetables were extra outside of the burrito condiments (lettuce, tomato, etc). This place would be great if pricing was clearly conveyed. Stopped by between afterschool activities for a quick dinner. Joint was clean and service was quick. We tried a couple of their non -traditional burritos. It's basically Chipotle with some more funky options at a slightly higher price point. (Throw in some chips and salsa already) Food was good and plates were big enough that one burrito was enough. We were in and out in 10min. Probably not the place to go if you're looking for authentic flavors, but a fun change of pace. read more

This really isn't a fair review but I live nearby and I really want to try this place. I am tired of Chipotle and haven't been there for years. Same old boring tasteless and overrated menu. This shopping center in Millersville has been slowly dying the last several years with Class A tenants departing like Hallmark and the Hair Cuttery. This restaurant is a fresh new addition and I hope this is a start. The Owner of this center needs to pump some money into improving its looks. It is old, stale and dated. Not to mention UGLY! Shoppers will be closing sooner that later ( like all the other Shoppers) and this center Will really suffer if they do not lease out the anchor. read more

Really good food been there twice. Would recommend to anybody interested in this type of food everything is fresh and cooked to perfection.

My husband and I stopped here for lunch for the first time and had a pretty good experience. The unique menu was overwhelming, but we were both ultimately happy with what we ordered. I had the shrimp and steak hibachi burrito and my husband had the pulled pork quesadilla. We shared some queso and jalapeño poppers. Entrees were good and I would definitely come back and order again - everything was fresh and well seasoned. The salsa in particular stood out to me - fresh tasting! Maybe homemade? Queso was not warm, but the flavor kept us eating more. We found it to be a little pricey for what it is (just under $50 for lunch for us) but enjoyed our food. We'll be back! read more
