Stuck in the back of the shopping center with Marrazzo's and Sal DeForte's, right next door to a ramen noodle shop, these friendly folks are hospitable and enjoy conversing with their customers. After a few questions I ordered their "The Dragon," burger combo. They do smash burgers here, and the finished sandwich looked like a half pounder in an oversized bun, with plenty of heat from cherry peppers, jalapeños, onions, topped with spicy mayo and creole cole slaw with a hint of mango to offset the flames. It needed no ketchup nor additional contributions, and was delicious from bite one. All the parts played very well together. A little drippy to be sure, but easily managed. It came with a pile of crisp waffle fries that did require a squirt of ketchup, but were able second mates to the main beefy attraction. This was a very enjoyable meal, that would only be complemented by the house being better suited for eating in, right when everything is at its apex of perfection. Shitzz n Glizzies has the potential to compete with the big burger guys in the area. Will have to let you know about their franks and steaks at another time, but there is reason for optimism.

Which is false. My brother worked here when he was 15, I've definitely had them in 2000. And if they stopped making them, take it off the website. Pretty sure the sauce is the same used to make the Strawberry Milkshake. But what grinds my gears is getting the incorrect order. I'd say 7 out of 10 times it's wrong. For example, today I ordered a Bacon, Egg and Cheese McGriddle. What I received was a Sausage McGriddle. I'm not sure why it's on the menu. Slap a piece of cheese on it and make it edible. So before you walk out with your to-go bag and drive off, check to make sure you have what you ordered.

Despite having virtually no customers, the staff moved at a snail's pace. Standard breakfast items weren't even ready, which was surprising for that time of the morning. When I politely asked why the food wasn't available, the employee responded with a snippy attitude instead of offering an explanation or apology. The most frustrating part was seeing employees standing around talking while customers were waiting. If there had been a rush, I would have understood, but the restaurant was nearly empty. At 7:00 a.m., a McDonald's should be prepared to serve breakfast quickly. Unfortunately, this visit was slow, unprofessional, and far below what I'd expect from a fast-food restaurant.

Our front door faces the street that intersects with our address. We are on a corner so the garage is on one side and the front door is on the other. My directions are extremely clear and no NO NO driver ever reads them. (I've watched Delivery people wander up and down the pathways in the complex here in bitter cold weather rather than directions it might offer clue to where they're going.) The driver here certainly didn't ....he left my bag in somebody else's driveway at night and of course, those people thought it was some kind of garbage and threw it in the trash I took a flyer and called Jersey Mike's and got this amazing superhero on the phone named John who seemed more upset than me and extremely willing to refund my entire meal, which was more than I had hoped for and so now on top of loving their sandwiches, I also love Jersey Mike's at this location and most of all, I love John Thank you, John !

I stopped by my local Jersey Mike's this week -- which is something I do regularly. I ordered a viral sandwich that turned out a little messy, but that wasn't the issue. The same person who made my sandwich also rang me up -- without changing his gloves. He touched the register screen, bags, counters, and who knows what else, all with the same gloves he used to make my food. Then he went right back to preparing sandwiches... still no glove change. So I calmly walked over to the manager, who had already seemed pretty dismissive when I walked in. I could tell that he wasn't interested in any niceties with me, since he was saving them for the non-minority make that walked in after me. I said, "You may want to let him know that he needs to change his gloves." The manager asked, "Why?" I explained, "Because he made my sandwich, checked me out, touched the screen, and then went back to making sandwiches." His response? "Did he touch cash?" I replied, "Why does that matter? He's spreading germs." But it was clear he didn't care -- not one bit. That will be my last visit to that location. Period.

We forgot to order catering so after calling local pizzerias, all of which needed 24 hours notice fro 6 foot subs, we decided to call subway.
