Updated review: I had to write this, because I am so deliriously blown away by the incredible service. I just got from Jersey Mike's to correct a problem that wasn't actually theirs. Our front door faces the street that intersects with our address. We are on a corner so the garage is on one side and the front door is on the other. My directions are extremely clear and no NO NO driver ever reads them. (I've watched Delivery people wander up and down the pathways in the complex here in bitter cold weather rather than directions it might offer clue to where they're going.) The driver here certainly didn't ....he left my bag in somebody else's driveway at night and of course, those people thought it was some kind of garbage and threw it in the trash I took a flyer and called Jersey Mike's and got this amazing superhero on the phone named John who seemed more upset than me and extremely willing to refund my entire meal, which was more than I had hoped for and so now on top of loving their sandwiches, I also love Jersey Mike's at this location and most of all, I love John Thank you, John ! read more

Supporting local businesses is important to me, but the way they're managed says a lot about the overall experience. I stopped by my local Jersey Mike's this week -- which is something I do regularly. I ordered a viral sandwich that turned out a little messy, but that wasn't the issue. The same person who made my sandwich also rang me up -- without changing his gloves. He touched the register screen, bags, counters, and who knows what else, all with the same gloves he used to make my food. Then he went right back to preparing sandwiches... still no glove change. So I calmly walked over to the manager, who had already seemed pretty dismissive when I walked in. I could tell that he wasn't interested in any niceties with me, since he was saving them for the non-minority make that walked in after me. I said, "You may want to let him know that he needs to change his gloves." The manager asked, "Why?" I explained, "Because he made my sandwich, checked me out, touched the screen, and then went back to making sandwiches." His response? "Did he touch cash?" I replied, "Why does that matter? He's spreading germs." But it was clear he didn't care -- not one bit. That will be my last visit to that location. Period. read more

The Club Supreme (#9) is about as good as a fresh sliced submarine sandwich gets (unless you visit Marinucci's in Philly, where the term for a sandwich in a torpedo Italian long roll takes on another cosmic meaning altogether). The turkey, roast beef, provolone, with lettuce, tomato, banana peppers, mayo and Jersey Mike Juice, in a well baked hoagie roll, makes for very good eating. It is easy to appreciate its coolness and alternating flavors/textures as you bite through the creation and taste each layer. It was very enjoyable. The Giant size, the largest offered, is both challenging and joyous as each bisection deconstructs in the mouth, providing a small explosion of taste/texture with each bite. In addition, ordering while in house provides a floor show as the sandwich master slices, piles on the extras, shakes a little Juice and black pepper and mayos the top of the roll; all with running repartee and weak humor. There are only a couple of tables, so take out is expected. Price was post Covid inflated, with a $20 tag on the sub without drink, chips or cookies. They would be wise to roll back the price to an earlier historic time as soon as practicable, or they risk alienating their adoring fans. P.S. I do prefer Jersey Mike's to Subway and Primo's, but not so much that a dramatic showing of price drops couldn't win me over. They are just fat sammies after all. read more

Good subs. Mini sub is actually a surprisingly generous amount of sandwich. Staff are friendly, sandwiches are always ready for pick up on time. Can't complain about anything. read more

Excellent sandwiches. 1) They are fast. Got my sandwich within 5 minutes. 2) Got the buffalo chicken cheese steak. It was fantastic. 3) Got the jalapeño chips. Made the sandwich taste much better. read more

I ordered dinner for my family tonight and this restaurant used stale bread to make the hoagies. This is the 2nd time this month and it's only February 8th. I tried to resolve the issue by reaching out to the manager (Dylan) but he was not interested in what I had to say. His response was "It is NOT stale it's just crunchy or crispy. I've been ordering from Jersey Mike's for a while now so I know the difference between fresh bread and stale bread and this is definitely stale. I did not appreciate this Dylan insulting my intelligence. I have recorded a video, it literally sounds like I'm knocking on a door. read more

Yeah. Hot Subs are back. Cheesesteak was as good as I remember. Only problem I ordered a cookie and did not get it. I reported and was given a refund without any hesitation. Sad no dessert tonight. read more

I'm not one to ever complain as a person who has served and bartended in the service industry for 17 years.....but I was treated so rudely that I was absolutely speechless. I have no concerns with the food there except that it was half hour til they closed and i was told the grill options were no longer available. I understand they were trying to clean up so they could leave and im not mad about that. I ordered two cold sandwiches instead. No big deal. The food is always good every location ive been to. As a whole franchise i give a 5 star rating. It's this one location i have an issue with. When I ordered my food I forgot to specify a size and he didn't ask me what size I wanted. As I watched I saw that he was making a super small size and I asked him if that was a mini and if I could get a full sized one instead. I didn't think that was too difficult of a request as he just STARTED slicing the meat. It wasn't like he was almost done making the sandwiches. But he literally raised his voice to me and yelled at me saying "YOU DIDNT ORDER A FULL SIZE!!" And then huffed and puffed at me as he angrily threw everything out he had already sliced while shaking his head at me like I did something horrible!! I was so shocked by his response that I couldn't say anything at all...i have never been yelled at like a child in what i thought was a professional setting under professional circumstances. I almost just walked out...but my husband was set on wanting these sandwiches so I just dealt with his rudeness and got my food and left. The other guy who finished my sandwich and rang me up was nice tho. I think even he was shocked and uncomfortable by his coworkers attitude toward me. I will NOT ever go to this location ever again. All other locations have given nothing but top notch service!! My one star review is for this one location only. Save yourself the high blood pressure and just go the extra distance to a different location. Peace and Love!! read more
